Sexvy Red Kicks off NXT and gets into the action
The famous rapper Sexvy Red appeared on NXT after being a fan for so long. Her entrance was amazing and she revealed that she will be the host of NXT Battleground 2024. There was genuine excitement for her appearance. She also unveiled the design of the NXT Women’s North American Championship. She will be more involved and she can also bring her celebrity friends.
Jordynne Grace appears in NXT
The next big thing that happened in NXT was the segment in which the opponent of Roxanne Perez was set to be unveiled for NXT Battleground. Roxanne was confident as she knew it would not be someone threatening. However, Ava shocked the world when she revealed that the Challenger of Roxanne Perez would be the current TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace. This was not reported anywhere and it was a genuine surprise. This is a dream match between two companies and it opens the possibilities of more collaboration between WWE and TNA.
Michin and Kelani Jordan qualify for the Ladder Match
The last 2 women for the ladder match for the NXT Women’s North American Championship have been determined. First Michin who is also known as Mia Yim qualified for the ladder match after she beat Tatum Paxley. It was a good match. Then later in the show, it was Kelani Jordan who booked her spot in the ladder match. This will be an incredible match.
Ethan Page attacks Trick Williams
The last segment of the show was Lash Legend who confronted Trick Williams because her teammates were taken out one by one during the show. She was about to get answers but then the lights went black. And all of a sudden, Ethan Page appeared and he took out Trick Williams. This was the second big shock of the night. This was also not reported anywhere. Even Vic Joseph was shocked as he almost said the name AEW. Ethan Page signed to WWE this week. He was recently in AEW. It looks like it will be Trick Williams vs Ethan Page at NXT Battleground.
