Let’s look at the Results of NXT Halloween Havoc 2024
Tony D’ Angelo beat Oba Femi in a Tables, Ladders and Scares Match for NXT North American Championship
This was the first match of the show and it was for the NXT North American Championship. For the majority of the match it was Oba Femi who was beating down Tony D and he was acting like this was just a formality. These two men used more chairs and tables than they used ladders in this match. It was more like a street fight. This was the weakest of the matches that these men have had. The focus of the match was not on the storytelling but on spots which is a bad thing. It all stopped when there was outside interference from the family. Oba Femi was more than protected as it took 4 people to beat him. Adrianna Rizzo lured Oba Femi which allowed Tony to win the match. This match was 16 minutes and it could have been a match of the year contender. Oba Femi looks like he will be in a storyline with Nikkita Lyons.
Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer beat Roxanne Perez and Cora Jade
This was the match that the fans were most excited about as It was the first time that Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer were teaming together. Their opponents were the NXT Champion Roxanne Perez and Cora Jade. This match was a lot better than the first match on this show. These women were feeling out each other in the beginning and there were some spots that were not perfect. The crowd was into this match. Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer greeted their opponents with headbutts but the heels found a way to use it to their advantage. Cora Jade hit the senton bomb on Stephanie Vaquer but Giulia saved the match and hit a nasty knee to the face of Cora. There should have been a stipulation to make the match more important. Stephanie Vaquer got the pinfall on Roxanne Perez and she hit a beautiful Moonsault for the win. This match was 14 minutes long.
Ridge Holland beat Andre Chase in an Ambulance Match
This match would not have been on this PPV but for the stipulation which was an ambulance match. This is a match that is so brutal that it can only happen at a PPV. Ridge Holland came out in a unique mask and Andre Chase wore the colors of Freddie Kruger. The two men hit each other with kendo sticks but it was Andre Chase who won this battle and he pulverized Ridge Holland. The crowd was not interested in this match but in the weapons. The biggest pop of this match was reserved for a pumpkin. When the pumpkin was out they cheered like Stone Cold Steve Austin had arrived. This match was nowhere near as physical as it should have been. Ridge Holland won the match and it looks like he will challenge Trick Williams.

Fallon Henley beat Kelani Jordan in a Gauntlet Match for NXT North American Championship
Kelani Jordan was scheduled to defend her title. The stipulation that Fatal Influence chose was a Gauntlet Match. This meant that Kelani Jordan would have 3 Matches against all 3 members of Fatal Influence. The first match was against Jazzmyn Nyx. Kelani Jordan won this match as she hit the shooting star press. Her next opponent was Jacy Jayne. This was a better wrestling match than the one against Jazzmyn Nyx. However, This match was also not great as both women did not have chemistry. Kelani Jordan beat Jacy Jayne with a surprise pin. Her last and final opponent was Fallon Henley. This was the best match out of the 3. Fallon Henley played the heel well and she took advantage of a weak Kelani Jordan. These two women had great ring chemistry and the crowd which was dead suddenly woke up. Fallon Henley also had help from the other 2 members of Fatal Influence. She beat Kelani Jordan and won the NXT Women’s North American Championship. After the match Zaria took out the entire group. This was the best storytelling of the night so far.
Trick Williams beat Ethan Page in a Devil’s Playground Match for NXT Championship
This was the main event of the show. It was a Devil’s Playground Match for the NXT Championship. This had been an off night for the majority of the NXT roster but the main event saved the show. Trick Williams planted the head of Ethan Page with a pumpkin and this prompted the crowd to chant Whoop That Pumpkin. Ethan Page tried to use nuts and thumbtacks as weapons but Trick Williams was smart and Ethan Page got hurt instead. Trick Williams was sent hard to the steel steps which forced Trick to bleed from his mouth and the officials were ready to stop the match. Trick Williams rallied to win the match and this was the best wrestling match on the show. After the match Ridge Holland tried to attack Trick Williams but Bubba Ray Dudley made the save. This was 18 minutes of great professional wrestling.
