The 2024 NXT Great American Bash is a special two week event that NXT will present. It will take place on 30th July and 6th August 2024. This is a yearly special that takes place in the month of July because this is the month of America’s Independence. There will be championship Matches and big debuts on this show.

Ethan Page vs Oro Mensah for NXT Championship
The main event of Night 2 of NXT Great American Bash will be the match for the NXT Championship. It will be the champion Ethan Page against Oro Mensah against whom Ethan Page has a bad history with. Oro Mensah was the first man that Ethan Page took out in NXT. This match will be an absolute banger. Oro Mensah will get the biggest opportunity of his career to show the world that he belongs at the main event scene. Ethan Page will not lose the NXT Championship but it will be a match that will go for 20 minutes plus.
Roxanne Perez vs Thea Hail for NXT Women’s Championship
One of the big Matches of Night 1 of NXT Great American Bash will be the match between Roxanne Perez who has been a fantastic champion and Thea Hail who has shown a different side to herself. Roxanne Perez has beaten everyone since WrestleMania weekend. She has had Matches against all types of opponents including Jordynne Grace. She looks like she will not lose the title anytime soon. Thea Hail will get the biggest opportunity of her young career to show that she can be a big star for WWE in the future. This match should last at least 15 minutes. After the match a certain Stephanie Vaquer can arrive to be the next challenger to Roxanne Perez.
Tony D’ Angelo vs Tavion Heights for NXT Heritage Cup
This match will be for the NXT Heritage Cup. Tony D’ Angelo is the current holder of the NXT Heritage Cup and he will put his Cup on the line against Tavion Heights of No Quarter Catch Crew. This match can be a show stealer and the Heritage Cup has become one of the most important prizes in NXT. It is defended rarely but every match gets 15 minutes. Tony D’ Angelo has improved leaps and bounds and he is ready for the main roster. Tavion Heights needs a big win. No Quarter Catch Crew are a group on the rise with Charlie Denpsie as their leader.
The Unholy Union vs Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson for WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship
This will be the second women’s match on Night one as it will be the team of Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn who are the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions and they will take on the Meta Four team of Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson. Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn have not defended the tag team titles a lot of times since they have won it. This will be a great opportunity for all these 4 women to have a great match and raise the prestige of the tag team titles. This match should get time and both Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson would want to show how much they have improved during their time in NXT. This match should be over 10 minutes.
Trick Williams vs Cedric Alexander
Trick Williams vs Cedric Alexander is a match that is a dream match. This will be the past against the present of NXT. Trick Williams is the biggest NXT superstar and Cedric Alexander has arrived in NXT to get his groove back. He has been active in the few weeks he has been on NXT. He and Trick Williams had an argument and this will lead to a match at NXT Great American Bash. It can be the match of the entire show if given enough time. Cedric Alexander is one of the best wrestlers and all he needs is an opportunity.
Axiom and Nathan Frazer vs The Rascalz for NXT Tag Team Championship
The current champions Nathan Frazer and Axiom will most certainly have a big match at this event. It has been teased that it will be them vs The Rascalz for the tag team titles. Nathan Frazer and Axiom have been Incredible tag team champions and they have beaten every team that has come in their way. The match against The Rascalz will be totally different as any two of the 3 members could appear and challenge them. Wes Lee will be one of them and the other could be Zachary Wentz. This match will be a barn burner and it should be 20 minutes of great tag team wrestling.
