Can you believe that there are bowlers who hold the record for bowling dot balls in IPL, which is the paradise of batting performances? Well, there is such a thing. IPL has a number of world-class players and they amaze the audience with their performances. 


Here is the list of the players who have bowled the most number of dot balls in IPL history.

 

1. Harbhajan Singh:


Harbhajan Singh has his name in most of the Indian bowling records. He also holds some of the best bowling performances in IPL too. Harbhajan is also the player with the most number of dot balls bowled so far. Appeared in the IPL for a total of 160 matches, this player had bowled a total of 562 overs and has bagged 152 wickets in his name. In the 562 overs, he bowled, 1249 balls were dot and this makes him the player who has bowled the most number of dot balls in IPL so far.

 

2. Lasith Malinga:


Like all the other IPL bowling records, Malinga has his name noted in this record list too. He has played in 122 IOL matches and has bowled 471 overs so far. He is also the highest wicket-taker in IPL with 170 wickets. He tops with the second position in this list, bowling a total of 1151 dot balls in his IPL career.

 

3. Bhuvaneshwar Kumar:


Indian pacer Bhuvaneshwar Kumar is a nightmare for the batsmen, because of his unpredictable swing and amazing pace. He has played 117 matches in IPL and has bowled 435 overs, bagging scalps in his name. In his IPL career, Bhuvaneshwar Kumar has bowled 1124 dot balls making him the player with the third-most number of dot balls bowled.

 

4. Amit Mishra:


Amit Mishra is one of the spin magicians who has shown some amazing spells in IPL history. He is the only Indian player with three hat tricks in IPL history. Also, appeared in a total of 147 matches and bowled 516.5 overs so far, he has bagged 157 wickets in his name. He stands in the fourth position of this list by bowling 1110 dot balls.

 

5. Piyush Chawla:


Piyush Chawla has appeared in a total of 157 IPL matches and has bowled 520.4 overs in his IPL career. Chawla's total wickets from the tournament is 150 and he has also bowled a total of 1107 dot balls.
