While the IPL 2024 is
experiencing massive batting records, SunRisers Hyderabad broke their record
for the highest IPL total with another extraordinary batting performance
against Royal Challengers Bengaluru at Bengaluru on Monday (15 April) night.
After RCB captain Faf du Plessis
chose to field first in the RCB vs SRH game, SRH scored 287/3 in 20 overs. SRH opener Travis Head
recorded a 39-ball hundred and scored 102 runs in 41 balls (nine fours and
eight sixes). Also, Heinrich Klaasen scored 67 off 31 balls (two fours and
seven sixes).

Travis Head completed the fastest century for SRH
- By scoring a 39-ball century, Travis Head recorded the fastest century for SRH. The previous record for the fastest SRH century was a 43-ball hundred by David Warner against KKR in the IPL 2017.
