1. Virat Kohli: 8 centuries


Former Indian and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) captain Virat Kohli holds the record for the most IPL centuries with eight hundreds. The right-handed batter is one of the greatest batters in every format, and we have experienced it in the long IPL history.

Jos Buttler is one of the greatest English batters in white-ball cricket history, and he has shown his batting dominance in the IPL. The right-handed batter has already recorded seven centuries in his IPL career.

3. Chris Gayle: 6 centuries


One of the most destructive batters in international cricket history, Chris Gayle, was the previous record-holder of the most IPL centuries by recording it six times. The Caribbean left-handed batter however strongly holds the record for most T20 hundreds by scoring it 22 times. Meanwhile, Gayle also holds the record for the highest individual score in the IPL or T20 cricket history with the 175 not out knock against Pune Warriors India in IPL 2013.


4. David Warner: 4 centuries


One of the best batters in international cricket history, Australian opening batter David Warner, is also one of the greatest batters in IPL history. The left-handed batter has already smashed four hundreds in his IPL career.


5. KL Rahul: 4 centuries


Indian cricketer KL Rahul is one of the rare versatile cricketers, who can support any team with his multiple roles. As a right-handed batter, Rahul not only plays as an aggressive batter, but he can also play the controller and sensible role in the team’s innings. The right-handed batter has already recorded four centuries in his IPL career.


6. Shane Watson: 4 centuries


Former Australian power-hitter Shane Watson had some great records in the Indian Premier League. The right-handed batter was one of the dominant and dependable batters in the competition history who hit four IPL centuries.
