The Premier League returns to our box sets yet again for it’s 15th week. This will be the final set of games before the year ends. People will want to end 2020 on a high note; both the players on the pitch and the FPL managers. With that in mind, let’s take a look at some of the best picks for GW 15.
#1. Bruno Fernandes(MID; Manchester United vs Leicester City)
While there’s no question that the Portuguese midfielder for the Red Devils is an expensive haul at 11.0, there is no doubt about him living up to that hefty price tag. Fernandes is one of the few players to have already crossed the 100-point mark. With 15 goal contributions so far, he could easily nab another batch of decent points against Leicester City, despite the fact that Vardy and Co are not an easy team to beat.
#2. Jamie Vardy (FWD; Leicester City vs Manchester United)
Speak of the devil. Vardy is also a member of the fellow 100-pointer club, with 17 goal contributions so far. He racked up 12 points against Tottenham so the momentum is there for the English striker. Lastly, he will not take a points penalty for conceding goals so despite the price of 10.2, he is definitely a solid buy.
#3. Che Adams(FWD; Southampton vs Fulham)
His team gave a decent fight against Manchester City so the momentum is far from lost. Southampton is up against Fulham, who is performing poorly. Che Adams is one of the higher scoring forwards with 9 goal contributions. He only goes for 6.6 so definitely a good pick for the upcoming game.
#4. Dominic Calvert-Lewin (FWD; Everton vs Sheffield United)
Sheffield are not doing well this season and Calvert-Lewin will look to capitalize on that. He’s had 15 goal contributions so far and is likely to nab one or even two more in the next game judging by the forms. He goes for 8.0 making him a strong long term pick.
#5. Trent Alexander Arnold(DEF; Liverpool vs West Brom)
While TAA has not had the super season he did last year, he is still a top tier player as he showed last week against Crystal Palace. Liverpool have had a difficult time in terms of clean sheets but West Brom is unlikely to score, given that they’ve only scored 10 throughout the tournament so far.
