It is said that the brand value of a company or the success of a company can be seen by the way their owner conducts themselves. If the owner is a humble and a down to earth person and treats others with respect then the company also has the same values but if the owner behaves the way Tony Khan has been doing so, then it is not a good look for the company. There are a number of wrestlers who are under AEW contract and they will be thinking that do they want to work for someone who is behaving like this

Tony Khan is not trustworthy does not have the conduct of a boss
Tony Khan is not a trustworthy boss not as in he will do wrong by all his talent but he is not trustworthy because he will damage the AEW brand by himself because of his obsession with WWE. When AEW first arrived it was seen as Anti WWE and all the fans were behind it and Tony Khan made a lot of money but everything has changed in 4 years. Triple H is running WWE and Shawn Michaels is running NXT. And this anti WWE mindset will not work now. And Tony Khan is not understanding it and in turn the wrestlers who work for AEW are getting a bad name and it is not their fault.
Cody Rhodes left AEW last year in 2022 and a lot of the fans said that he did the wrong thing by leaving but he must be the one laughing the most realising that he has made the correct choice. Cody Rhodes knew what would happen in AEW In the future. Cody Rhodes is thriving in WWE. Most recently Jade Cargill made the jump to WWE and she has been made into a bigger star in a few weeks than she was ever presented in AEW. WWE is a machine and they know how to create stars whenever they want. Recently Thunder Rosa who is with AEW Said that seeing her friend Jade Cargill getting the superstar treatment, she also wished that she would get such treatment. AEW Superstars such as Ricky Starks whose contract must be up in a few months will think that he should also join his best friend Cody Rhodes in WWE. The women in AEW must be looking at Jade Cargill becoming such a huge star even without having one match which means that whenever she has her first match, it will be a huge deal.

Tony Khan is alienating the roster with his antics as the backstage talk is that his phone should be taken away as he is tweeting stuff all the time. He crossed a line when he personally attacked John Cena and The Undertaker and then the next day he said that WWE used his mother’s illness to try and get all his talent. This is appalling behavior from the owner of the second biggest wrestling promotion in the world. Edge who has recently signed with AEW must be feeling that what has he done and MJF whose contract is up on 1st January will most likely resign with AEW but if he has not already resigned then he will also be having second thoughts. In all these attacks by Tony Khan towards WWE and it’s superstars, WWE has kept it classy as nobody has replied to him at all and which had earned respect from everyone.
