Influential family background
Rajeshwari Kumari was born on 10th December 1991. She is the daughter of sports administrator and former shooter Randhir Singh and businesswoman Vinita Singh. Rajeshwari’s paternal grandfather Bhalindra Singh was a former first-class cricketer and sports administrator.
Both Randhir Singh and Bhalindra Singh were members of the International Olympic Committee (IOC). While Bhalindra was a two-time President of the Indian Olympic Association (IOA), his son was the General Secretary of the IOA. Randhir Singh is currently the acting President of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA).
Bhalindra Singh’s father or Rajeshwari Kumari’s great-grandfather, Sir Bhupinder Singh, was the Maharaja of Patiala and a cricket player.

Rajeshwari is also a fashion designer. She is a co-founder of Saurab Rajeshwari, which was started in 2021 as a luxury Indian clothing and embroidery brand.
Shooting career
Rajeshwari reportedly started her trap shooting career close to 2014. In the ISSF World Cup 2021, she was a part of winning a gold medal (in New Delhi) and a silver medal (in Cairo) in the trap women’s team events.
