The biggest show in the history of AEW took place yesterday as All In 2023 was held at the Iconic Wembley Stadium in London. More than 81,000 fans packed the stadium and they created the record for the largest paid attendance in Wrestling history for 1 night. The show was a very good show and the matches were delivered.
Let’s look at the Results for AEW All In 2023:
MJF and Adam Cole beat Aussie Open for ROH World Tag Team Championship
This was the first match on the show and in this match MJF and Adam Cole were a team before they faced each other in the main event. This was a very good tag team match and the fans were into it as they cheered the face team of MJF and Adam Cole. It was looking like they would lose this match but to the surprise of everyone, they won the Tag Team Titles and Adam Cole was a champion. This was an eight minute match.
Hook beat Jack Perry for FTW Championship
AEW has so many championships that every match on the card could have been for a title. This match was a short one and for 8 minutes, they showed the world that they are the future of the company and they had a very good match but it was Hook who won the match.
CM Punk beat Samoa Joe for Real World Championship
This was the first match on the main show and there could not have been a more perfect match to start. Both are extremely experienced wrestlers who have a long history and they went out there and had a killer match for 14 minutes. It was a physical and a brutal match and CM Punk got the better of Samoa Joe and he is still the champion. And now Samoa Joe can move on to bigger and better things.
Konoauke Takeshita and Bullet Club Gold beat Kenny Omega and The Golden Elite
This was a match that a lot of fans were looking forward to because there are some of the best Wrestlers who are in this one. Kenny Omega is the main star and Hangman Adam Page, Jay White were in this match. This was a great 6 man match and there were some incredible spots in this match. This was a 20 minute match and all 6 men shined and the result was a shocker as Konasuke Takeshita pinned Kenny Omega.
FTR beat The Young Bucks for AEW World Tag Team Championship
This was the match that was tipped to be the match of the night and these 2 teams delivered and then some. This match was a 22 minute match and this was the perfect length. Both these tag teams are the best in the world and they took their time to build a story and they exploded in the second half of the match and in the end it was FTR who won the match.
Eddie Kingston, Orange Cassidy and Best Friends beat Blackpool Combat Club, Mike Santana and Ortiz in Stadium Stampede Match
This was the most entertaining match on the show and the stadium stampede Matches have become a staple in the company as they do these very well. The 8 men in this match were determined to make the most of their time and they went all out with all types of violent spots and this one went for over 21 minutes. In the end Eddie Kingston and his team won the match.
Saraya beat Hikaru Shida, Toni Storm and Britt Baker for AEW Women’s Championship
Before talking about the match it has to be said that it is extremely Disappointing that only 1 women’s match was held at the biggest show in history. This is not a good look for AEW because WWE will most likely have 3 women’s matches at WWE Payback. This match was an okay match and they were only given 9 minutes to go out there and create magic and in the end it was Saraya who won the Championship.
Darby Allen and Sting beat Sverve Strickland and Christian Cage
This was one of the better matches of the night and this match surprised everyone watching because Sting is not supposed to have a 16 minutes match at 62 years old. The other 3 wrestlers carried the match and Darby Allen again showed that he could be the future of Wrestling. His character is unique and he has a lot of fans. After 16 minutes Darby Allen and Sting won the match.
Will Osperay beat Chris Jericho
This was the second best match of the night and it should not be any surprise that because the 2 wrestlers who are in this match are simply extraordinary. They had a 14 minutes match which could have been much more than 20. These 14 minutes were pure Wrestling magic and the fans were on their feet for it. It was back and forth and in the end it was Will Osperay who.hot the win.
Billy Gunn and The Acclaimed beat House of Black for AEW World Trios Championship
This was the weakest match on the show and the wrong trio won. Before the match when House of Black made their entrance they gave a beautiful tribute to Bray Wyatt as they brought out his lantern and fireflies were all over Wembley Stadium. This match went for 11 minutes and Billy Gunn and The Acclaimed won.
MJF vs Adam Cole for AEW World Championship
This was the main event and the match everyone was waiting for. And they did not disappoint at all starting from the entrances as MJF arrived like a King. The match was 29 minutes long meaning they had full time to tell a Story and that’s exactly what they did. They were best of friends byf they fought as hard as anyone and they wanted to hurt each other for the title. Adam Cole and MJF has an incredible match and they showed why they are the best thing in AEW. MJF won the match but by the end of the night they were both winners and thankfully their friendship stays because it is special.
