At number 2 are the opening combination of Lucknow Supergiants as KL Rahul and Quinton De Kock are an explosive opening combination. They have been batting together since last year as well. KL Rahul is an IPL run scoring machine as in the 111 Matches he has played in he has scored 3917 runs at a great average of 47.19 and he has made 4 hundreds in IPL as well. Quinton De Kock has played in 92 IPL Matches and he has made 2764 runs at an average of 32.92. He had made 2 hundreds in his IPL career.
3) Jos Buttler and Yashasvi Jaiswal – Rajasthan Royals
At number 3 are the explosive pair of Jos Buttler and Yashasvi Jaiswal from the Rajasthan Royals. One is the best white ball batter in the world and the other is one of the best young players in the IPL. They have been batting together for a few years and this season they will look to have their best season together. At number 4 is the attacking pair from the Delhi Capitals where David Warner and Prithvi Shaw bst together at the top of the order. When these two get on song then nobody will be able to catch them. David Warner is an all time great as he has played 164 Matches and he has made 5974 runs at an average of 42.07 and a strike rate of 140.03. He has hit 53 Half centuries and 4 hundreds in IPL. And Prithvi Shaw is a young talent who has played in 65 IPL Matches and has made 1607 runs at a strike rate of 147.40.
5) Ruturaj Gaekwad and Devon Conway – Chennai Super Kings
At number 5 and rounding off this list is the opening combination of the Chennai Super Kings where Ruturaj Gaekwad and Devon Conway bat together. Ruturaj Gaekwad is in the form of his life and Devon Conway holds the innings together. Ruturaj Gaekwad has played 38 IPL Matches and now he is coming to his best and till now he has made 1358 runs at an average of nearly 40 and a strike rate of 134 and he gave 2 Hundred to his name. Devon Conway is new to the IPL as he has only played 9 IPL Matches and has made only 300 runs so far so this can be his breakout season.
