Norwich City under Daniel Farke achieved promotion to the Premier League after a 3-year absence in 2019 after finishing at the top of the Championship table. The Canaries went straight back down after managing to win only 5 games. Despite this, the club backed Farke.
After just one season in the 2nd Division, the yellows have become the first team to be promoted in the 2020/21 Championship season. Norwich City have ironically lost only 5 games this season. Scoring 65 goals(most in the division) and conceding only 28(joint least in the division) in the process. Veteran striker Teemu Pukki is once again the top goalscorer for the club with 25 goals while Emi Buendia who has been long linked with a move away from Carrow Road is the top assist provider in the league with 15 assists.
Farke will be looking to finish the season at the top of the table. Their biggest challenge first and foremost would be to avoid relegation next season.
