One of the most anticipated WWE shows of the year is in the books and it is time to talk about everything that happened in the show and there was a lot. It was a show that ran for 4 hours and 15 minutes. There were a total of 5 Matches on the show and 2 of them were Royal Rumble Matches. It was a great show although there were a few things that were not they good.
Triple H passed the first test and now The Road to WrestleMania 39 begins and in just 63 days it will be time for the grandest stage of them all in Hollywood.
So, let’s look at the Results from the show
Men’s Royal Rumble Match
This was the first match of the night and it was a surprise that this match was first as it is usually the main event of the Royal Rumble. At number 1 came out Gunther and at number 2 Sheamus entered the match and so the match started hot as they put the hurt on each other. Then we saw the liked of The Miz, Johnny Gargano, Kofi Kingston and the ring was beginning to till up and then Gunther started eliminating a few wrestlers from this match. At number 9 it was Drew McIntyre and he was a big help to Sheamus and Gunther had a huge problem. At number 12 and 13 Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley entered the match and they carry forwarded their story leading into WrestleMania. At number 15 it was Seth Rollins and he changed the pace of the match and Gunther and Sheamus were in the match for more than 30 minutes at this point. At number 21 Booker T entered as the first surprise of the match and the crowd loved it. Then at number 24 it was Edge and he was coming to get Retribution against the Judgement Day and they took out the entire Judgement Day. At number 29 Logan Paul entered the match and he and Ricochet had one of the best spots in recent years. And finally at number 30 it was Cody Rhodes and one by one all wrestlers were getting eliminated and then it was Gunther vs Cody Rhodes as number 1 and 30 and Gunther was in the match for a record 1 hours and 11 minutes. Cody Rhodes won the match and he will be In the main event of WrestleMania 39

Bray Wyatt vs LA Knight – Pitch Black Match
This was the second match of the show and this was the match where the crowd took a breather and this was a match that was a short match and the lightning was green and blue and Bray Wyatt looked great and he won the match but after the match it was Uncle Howdy jumped from almost 30 ft high to land on LA Knight.
Bianca Belair vs Alexa Bliss – Raw Women’s Championship
This was the third match of the show and this was also a short match but both these women made the most of it and put on a great match. Alexa Bliss was dominating and the counters between the two was good to see and Bianca Belair was great as usual but after 8 minutes Bianca Belair hit her finishing move and it was over and now she can look at WrestleMania 39.

Women’s Royal Rumble Match
The fourth match of the show was the Women’s Royal Rumble Match and the crowd again found its voice and at number 1 was Rhea Ripley and she was the odds on favorite to win the match as well. At number 2 it was Liv Morgan and she delivered the performance of a lifetime tonight. Then for the next few entries more wrestlers came out and then it was the time of Bayley and then in the next few entries her Two Damage Ctrl members joined her and they started eliminating a lot of women. At number 8 it was Roxanne Perez who is the NXT Women’s Champion. Then at number 15 it was turn of Becky Lynch and the crowd found its voice as she went after Bayley Hd Damage Ctrl and In the process both Bayley and Becky Lynch were eliminated. At number 17 Asuka returned as a surprise and she had the Kana look from when she was in Japan. Then Raquel Rodriguez entered the match but the best entry in this year’s Royal Rumble goes to Michelle McCool as she was just sitting in the crowd shd then she was in the match and she did very well. At number 30 it was the return of Nia Jax and it took 11 Women to eliminate Her. The last 3 were Asuka, Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley and Rhea Ripley eliminated Asuka but at the end it was Mami Rhea Ripley who won the Royal Rumble Match.

Roman Reigns vs Kevin Owens – WWE Undisputed Universal Championship
The WWE Universe was confused as to why this match was the main event and not one of the Rumble Matches but by the end of the show it was abundantly clear why they went with this. Roman Reigns is on another level right now and he had yet another incredible match against Kevin Owens and probably their best Royal Rumble Match. Kevin Owens had a lot of momentum and he hit Frog Splashes and Senton and Powerbomb but it was just not enough and the same was for Roman Reigns who after hitting 2 spears was not able to put Kevin Owens away and finally after 2/ minutes Roman Reigns hit the spear and he is still the champion.
After the match is where this show achieved the status of a great show from a good show. The Bloodline was hitting Kevin Owens with all their moves and then they handcuffed him and started hitting superkicks and Roman Reigns asked Sami Zayn to hit a chair shot on Roman Reigns but Sami Zayn did something that was building for months and he hit Roman Reigns with a steel chair to his back and then The Bloodline attacked Sami Zayn but Jey Uso left the ring and the tension was growing more and more. After tonight Sami Zayn is the biggest face in wrestling and Roman Reigns is the biggest heel in wrestling.
