It is safe to say that WWE Backlash was one of the most memorable WWE PPVs of the past few years, and it was mostly due to the crowd that was present there. The 12,000 strong fans who were at the arena made it sound like it was 75,000 at WrestleMania. This was without a doubt the greatest wrestling crowd of all time. They were having fun throughout the three hours, and the wrestling was great. WWE has the next shows in Saudi Arabia, Glasgow, Toronto, and Berlin.

Solo Sikoa and Tama Tonga beat Kevin Owens and Randy Orton in a street fight
This was the first match of the show. The match was
absolutely sensational, and all four men deserve their applause. The match
started chaotically, and Nick Aldis made it a street fight. The entrances
before the match were incredible, as the fans were cheering for Kevin Owens and
Randy Orton. It was a brutal match where everything was legal and they used
everything to hurt each other. Kevin Owens and Randy Orton had great chemistry
and they were playing to the crowd. This was the best performance for Solo
Sikoa and Tama Tonga had a great WWE Debut. It was looking like the faces would
win but Tonga Loa made a shocking appearance and helped The Bloodline win. This
was a 20-minute masterpiece.
Bayley beat Naomi and Tiffany Stratton for the WWE Women’s Championship
This was the first championship match of the night, and this
was a great match. All three women got cheered on by the fans as they had great
entrances. Tiffany Stratton has become one of the biggest WWE superstars.
Bayley was welcomed like a hero, and they had a match befitting the event.
Tiffany Stratton was showing that she is an incredible wrestler, and the two
veterans were showcasing their skills. It was 13 minutes of wrestling magic.
Bayley pinned Naomi to win the match.
Damian Priest beat Jey Uso for the World Heavyweight Championship
It was the match for the World Heavyweight Championship. The entrance of Jey Uso at this event was one of the greatest of all time. The YEET movement was in full force in France, and the fans turned on their flashlights and bounced their phones in unison with Jey Uso. This was yet another great match, and Damian Priest showed in this match that he is worthy of being the World Heavyweight Champion. They had a 16-minute match where JD McDonough and Finn Balor interfered, but Damian Priest did not want it. Damian Priest hit a South of Heaven from the top rope and won the match.
Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair beat the Kabuki Warriors for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship
It was the match that was expected to go the shortest, but this was the third-longest match of the show. These four women got 18 minutes to show the world why the women in WWE are the best. Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill got superhero entrances, and they had a cracking match against Asuka and Kairi Sane. Jade Cargill showed in the match that she had the factor that was needed to become a WWE superstar. The Kabuki Warriors were ahead a lot in the match, and they gave a great fight. Ultimately, the power of Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill was enough, and they won the titles. They will hold onto these championships for a long time and have great matches.
Cody Rhodes beat AJ Styles for the WWE Championship
It was time for the main event, and the fans in France were ready to go crazy. AJ Styles would not have been cheered so much in his life as he was whenever the word phenomenal was used, as the fans would sing a song saying that he truly was phenomenal. Cody Rhodes got an entrance fit for a champion as the fans sang his entire theme song. The cameras were bouncing when Samantha Irwin was making the announcements. It was a 27.30-minute wrestling classic. These two men had a lot to prove in the match. AJ Styles had to show that he still had it to be at the top, and Cody Rhodes had to show that WrestleMania was not a one-time thing. They had a banger, and the crowd was so hot for the entire time that they were motivated to go the extra mile. It was exceptional, and Cody Rhodes beat AJ Styles.
