With SummerSlam 2022 just a day away tomorrow 30th July in the USA and on 31st July at 5.30 am IST it is time to speculate as to who can the surprise returns can be because SummerSlam is a very big show for WWE and with the complete change of guard in WWE and now that all the talent who were out with injury or a Fallout with Vince can appear at this show and make a Statement so I will try to guess the Top 5 Surprises that we could see at this big show which I an very excited about.
Before we talk about the surprises at the show this year it will be important to remember that last year saw 2 of the biggest returns in WWE in Becky Lynch and Brock Lesnar and the WWE universe was full of joy so we can expect Triple H as the new head if creative and this being his first big PPV event to make a splash at the event. So, with all that being said let’s look at the Top 5 Surprises we can expect at SummerSlam 2022.
Bayley
This is at the top of most people’s lists as Bayley has been out for more than a year and has been training hard to get back into ring shape to return at the show and there is no better place to return than at SummerSlam in front of over 50,000 people who will go crazy when she returns and this is 1 surprise that I can see happening. It will be exciting for the SmackDown Women’s division as well if she returns after the Liv Morgan vs Ronda Rousey match.
Charlotte Flair
Charlotte Flair has also been out for a long time due to her marriage and now that it’s time for SummerSlam she can easily return at this show after the Bianca Belair vs Becky Lynch match and challenge Bianca Belair and she is the only Horsewoman that Bianca Belair has yet to beat so it would be a cool surprise to see the queen if WWE back in the ring again.
Sasha Banks
This is a wild one as she was out of WWE in not the best of circumstances but that was under the previous regime under Vince McMahon and now that Triple H is in charge she could change her mind and return to WWE because this is a marriage made in heaven. It would be great if she could return after either one of the Women’s title matches and challenge the winner. This is something I want to see happen. Sasha Banks will be back in WWE soon I am sure now.

Johnny Gargano
Seth Rollins has no opponent yet but Triple H hinted that he will most probably have a match against a mystery opponent and fans are already speculating as to who that might be and the top of the list is Johnny Gargano as he is one of the favorite wrestlers of Triple H and the fact that Johnny Gargano has remained a free agent after so many months and not signed for AEW , I think Triple H could bring him back in the fold as the surprise opponent for Seth Rollins.
The Fiend
This is the most wild one out there and the chances of this happening are not as High but this is the point of fan speculation and If the Fiend shows up at this show then everyone will lose it and the internet will crash as Bray Wyatt also left WWE in bad terms but as there is new management he might reconsider and the fact that he also has not signed with any other company increases the possibility.
