The Royal Rumble is only less than 3 days away and it is time to look at the Top 5 Potential Surprises that can happen at the big show. The Royal Rumble is the show of the year where the WWE fans can except a lot of surprises and this year the scope for surprises is a lot more as 15 spots are open for the Men’s Royal Rumble and a whopping 23 spots are open for the Women’s Royal Rumble. 2) AJ Lee
As far as the women are concerned there are 23 spots open for Surprises but the biggest one of them all if it happens has to be AJ Lee. AJ Lee has been away from wrestling for almost a decade and hopefully the relationship between her and the new management are great and it would be one of the biggest moments of the year without a doubt if she enters the Women’s Royal Rumble Match.
3) Stone Cold Steve Austin
Stone Cold Steve Austin will also be one of the biggest shocks of the Royal Rumble and along with The Rock he will make this Royal Rumble match the biggest one of all time. It is heavily rumoured that he will have a big match at WrestleMania 39 and the start to the build could start at the Royal Rumble and a stare down between him and The Rock would be the biggest moment of the year.
4) Jay White
Jay White is one of the hottest names in wrestling and his contract with NJPW is coming to an end and the Royal Rumble will be the perfect time for him to make his WWE debut and after AJ Styles in 2016, this will be the debut of a big star from NJPW in WWE and the Switchblade will be at work in the Royal Rumble Match
5) Naomi
Naomi will also be one of the biggest Surprises in the Women’s Royal Rumble Match as she has not been seen in WWE since last May and there are reports that she has signed new deal with WWE but nothing is final and if she returns at the Royal Rumble it will be a great poetic moment for her as well as WWE.
There are a lot of other great potential Surprises and there will be lots of moments that will truly change the landscape of WWE forever. Royal Rumble 2023 has the potential to be the greatest Royal Rumble of all time.
