This was one of the most important talent meetings that was held by Triple H in recent years based on everything that has happened since the start of 2023 and it was important to let the talent know what all was happening behind the scenes as they are the ones that go out there week in and week out and they put on a show for the WWE fans. If the talent is left feeling insecure then they will not be able to give their best. Therefore it was a great initiative by Triple H to hold this meeting before SmackDown.
There were a few big talking points that came out of this meeting which put everything into perspective and Kevin Dunn was also at this meeting and therefore the talent knew every detail that was going on with the return of Vince McMahon.

1) Triple H told the talent that Vince McMahon has only returned to WWE to see the process of the sale and to look for the best buyer for the sale of WWE. Triple H said that Vince McMahon is back only to oversee and he is only in the financial department of WWE. Therefore they need not worry at all.

2) Triple H also said to the WWE talent that even with the return of Vince McMahon to WWE it does not change the creative process at all as Triple H is still the head of creative and all decisions which are in the day to day running of WWE and creative decisions will be taken by him and his team only. Therefore the WWE talent can breathe easy and not worry about Vince McMahon returning to creative.

3) Triple H also said that Vince McMahon discusses creative with him and gives him his input but the final decision is taken by Triple H. He also said that he respects Vince McMahon and he takes his ideas and hus advice because he is the founder of WWE and all the talent should also go to him for advice. And finally he told the talent to focus on the Royal Rumble now.
