As we know that test cricket is a very difficult format of cricket. Doing batting is one of the tough jobs for a batsman and remaining not out means that batsman is undismissed by the end of the innings. hence you wouldn’t find many frontline batsmen in the list. Bowlers and lower order batsmen have a great chance of staying not out. Here is the list of most number of not out in test cricket.
CA Walsh:
He is west indies fast bowler he took 519 wickets in his test career. He is very tall approx. 10 foot if we talk about his batting career he played 132 test matches in which he played 242 Innings and remains not 61 times a huge record.
M Muralitharan:
The greatest spin bowler of his time. He averaged 20.80 in Test matches and 21.23 in ODIs, picking up over 1000 international wickets 653 in Tests and 405 in ODIs. And his batting was not as amazing as his bowling. M Muralitharan played 132 test matches in which he played 164 innings and scored 1261 runs and remained not out for 56 times in his career.

RGD Willis:
An English cricketer, who represented England between 1971 to 1984. A right-handed fast bowler ,Willis is regarded by many as one of the greatest fast bowlers of all time. He is fourth highest wicket taker for England behind James Anderson, Stuart Broad and Ian Botham. Willis took 899 first-class wickets overall. He had played 90 test matches in which he played 128 innings and remained not out for 55 times .
CS Martin:
Martin is one of seven New Zealand Test cricketers to have taken 200 wickets. In 2011 he was recognised as New Zealand's premier cricketer. He bowed out as the third highest Test wicket-taker in New Zealand’s history. Talking about his batting career he played 71 matches and batted for 104 innings and remains not 52 times a great record.
GD McGrath:
An Australian former international cricketer who played international cricket for 14 years. Glenn Mcgrath was a fast-medium pace bowler and is considered one of the greatest international bowlers of all time, and a leading contributor to Australia's domination of world cricket from the mid-1990s to the late-2000s.
He played 124 test matches and took 563 wickets in his career and he batted in 138 innings in which he scored only 641 runs and remained not out for 51 times.
