WWE Survivor Series WarGames 2022 Results

A brand new WWE PPV event just happened and we are here to talk about it. It was Survivor Series WarGames and it was held at the TD Garden in Boston. There were 5 Matches on this show and 2 of them were WarGames Matches. This show was a great show from top to bottom and all the wrestlers brought their A game and it was a 3 hour show and I hope that this concept becomes a yearly staple of Survivor Series.

Survivor Series had a card that was short but all the superstars were in the mood to provide something special for the 15000+ fans in the arena and millions watching at home. We will talk about the results of the matches below.

Women’s WarGames Match

The first match on the show was the Women’s WarGames Match and it was between Damage Ctrl and Rhea Ripley and Nikki Cross vs Bianca Belair, Alexa Bliss, Asuka, Mia Yim and Becky Lynch. Bianca Belair and Dakota Kai were the first 2 women to start and then after 5 minutes Iyo Sky came in the match and it continued on and on till all the 10 wrestlers were in the ring when Becky Lynch entered the match and most of the wrestlers came into the ring with all sorts of weapons. After almost half an hour the match officially began and it was chaos all around. Damage Ctrl had the advantage and it was then Becky and Bianca who had the last laugh and Becky Lynch did a leg drop to 2 women and won the match.

AJ Styles vs Finn Balor

This was the second match of the show and it was a dream match happening in reality as AJ Styles and Finn Balor went at it and it was 2 technicians going at it and the fans were loving every bit of it. Shortly after The Judgement Day and OC came to ringside and they went at it and once all were taken out then it was again one on one and these 2 had an incredible match as always and in the end AJ Styles won the match by hitting the Phenomenal Forearm and he won his first singles PPV match in over 3 years.

Ronda Rousey vs Shotzi- SmackDown Women’s Championship

This was the third match on the show and probably the weakest of the matches as it was the match for the title. Ronda Rousey came with Shayna Baszler and Shotzi came alone and they had a great match considering everything and Ronda Rousey dominated her opponent at the start and then Shotzi came back in the match but it was not enough as Ronda Rousey tapped out Shotzi and retained the title.

Seth Rollins vs Bobby Lashley vs Austin Theory – United States Championship

This was the second last match and it was a banger as expected as it was 3 of the best wrestlers and it was fast paced from the start. Seth Rollins got the most cheers from crowd and it was an important match for Austin Theory and he shined in this match.  Bobby Lashley also had his moments when he dominated both of his opponents. In the end Austin Theory got lucky and won the United States Championship.

Men’s WarGames Match

It was now time for the main event of the evening and in my view one of the best Matches all year. It was the Bloodline vs The Brawling Brutes and Drew McIntyre and Kevin Owens. The Bloodline were starting to doubt Sami Zayn and he had to prove his loyalty to them. Jey Uso and Butch started the match and after 8 minutes Roman Reigns sent in Sami Zayn to help Jey Uso and the story told was amazing and then all the other members of the teams entered the match untill at the end it was Roman Reigns who entered and the match started. It was greatness from here on as we saw some great spots and great storytelling and Jey Uso kicked Sami Zayn by accident but he was happy but at the very end when Kevin Owens was about to win the match Sami Zayn stopped the count and attacked Kevin Owens and letting Jey Uso get the win . And with this Jey Uso acknowledged Sami Zayn as we as the rest of The Bloodline.
