We have talked about both nights of WrestleMania 38 in good detail but a lot of things happened before that as well like NXT Takeover Stand and Deliver and the WWE Hall of Fame and now we are here to talk about the Hall of Fame ceremony. This was the first time in 3 years that the Hall of Fame ceremony was held with fans at an arena so the excitement was already there and the security was tighter as well considering what happened to Bret Hart a few years ago. The inductees this year were all absolutely amazing and this was one of the best classes ever.
This was also the first time ever that the WWE Hall of Fame was happening immediately after SmackDown on Friday so a very good attendance of over 12000 people were present to celebrate the icons of the past and what an amazing ceremony it was. I got emotional a fair few times thinking about all the things the inductees had done in their careers and two made me cry a lot. So, let’s look at some of the inductees in Part-1.
The Steiner Brothers
The first inductees to get on stage were the Steiner Brothers and seeing them in a WWE ring after so long and especially Scott Steiner was unbelievable Considering the history between the two parties but as is said that time heals all wounds so I am glad they worked things out. Everyone was excited about this as Scott Steiner was going to have a live mic to speak into a d nobody knew what he would say at that time. Thankfully it was all good but he gave us good laughs and his brother was unable to get much time and he had no qualms about it. This was the perfect start to the ceremony and everyone was ready for an evening of celebration.

Queen Sharmell
The next inductee to be on stage was Queen Sharmell and it was her real life husband Booker T who was doing the induction and it must have been such a proud moment for him that he got to induct his wife in the Hall of Fame. Some people were saying that she doesn’t deserve this honor but I would like to remind them that she is omw of the best managers ever and people absolutely hated her when she was with King Booker and she is a legend in this business as well so she absolutely deserves this honor. She spoke very well explaining how far women had come in WWE and she even made fun of us for how much we despised her and that she was doing her role to perfection. A true queen was honored at the WWE Hall of Fame.

Shad Gaspard- Warrior Award Winner
This was the most emotional induction of the evening and that is including the headliner of this event because the reason that Shad was getting this award was something no one hoped would be the reason and that he would not be here to receive this award. Shad Gaspard has built an extremely emotional connection with all WWE fans because what he did in his final moments made him the biggest hero and everyone should aspire to be a father like him. His wife and son came out with Shad’s tag team partner JTG and in the entrance he and Shad’s son did the Cryme Time moves and it was emotional. Shad’s wife spoke so well and from the heart in this difficult moment and this is the moment when the onions were cutting in my home coz I was getting teary eyed hearing her and her courage. She told her son to always be Proud of his dad because he was the best and indeed he was. We all miss you Shad and wish you were here with us.
