The WWE Draft has started and last SmackDown on Friday it was the first night of the WWE Draft and the results were game changing to say the least and there have been a lot of WWE superstars who have changed brands and it was just the first night of the WWE Draft and a lot of picks were made on the main show and after the show as well in SmackDown Lowdown.
This was a full on shake up of the WWE Roster as the majority of stars changed brands in the first night of the WWE Draft and a fresh scenery is being established on both brands. A lot of NXT call ups also happened and there will be more in Raw during night two of the WWE Draft. So, let’s look at all the Draft Picks from Night 1 of the WWE Draft 2023
Round 1
Roman Reigns, Solo Sikoa and Paul Heyman to SmackDown
This was the first pick of the draft and it was not surprising at all but The Usos being in night 2 is interesting
Cody Rhodes to Raw
This is also not a surprise as Raw will want to have the second biggest star in WWE and he will carry Raw
Bianca Belair to SmackDown
This was the first shocking pick as she is the Raw Women’s Champion and now she will be on the SmackDown brand.
Becky Lynch to Raw
This was also not much of a surprise as The Man will lead the Women’s Division on Raw.
Round 2
Street Profits to SmackDown
This was the second brand switch of the night and Street Profits needed the change in scenery and the blue brand will help them.
Imperium to Raw
This was a great get for Raw as they got one of the best groups and along with it they got the Intercontinental Championship and Gunther.
Edge to SmackDown
This was a big brand switch in the WWE Draft as very few saw this coming and this will mean new opportunities for Edge in his last phase of his career.
Matt Riddle to Raw
Matt Riddle was the last pick in the second round and Matt Riddle being on Raw makes a lot of sense as he is great in the ring.
Round 3
Bobby Lashley to SmackDown
This was yet again a big brand switch in the WWE Draft and Bobby Lashley needed this new brand as he was getting stale on Raw. Fresh feuds await the All Nighty.
Drew McIntyre to Raw
Raw got yet another great wrestler and Drew McIntyre is returning to the brand where he got the most success.
The OC to SmackDown
The group known as the OC which features AJ Styles, Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson and Mia Yim have been drafted to SmackDown and they will add a lot to the show.
The Miz drafted to Raw
The Miz will stay where he was and he is a Raw superstar as he has been there the whole time.
Round 4
Damage Ctrl to SmackDown
Damage Ctrl was drafted together to SmackDown and they will not be together for much longer and a change in scenery for all of them will do then good.
Shinsuke Nakamura to Raw
This was one of the most exciting brand switches because Shinsuke Nakamura has never been on Raw and this change in brands was badly needed.
Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn to SmackDown
They were the first NXT call ups of the WWE Draft and they were drafted to SmackDown and they are the current NXT Women’s tag team champions.
Indi Hartwell to Raw
The last pick of the fourth round was Indi Hartwell to Raw and she is the NXT Women’s Champion and this was a shocker.
Additional Picks for Raw
Viking Raiders
This talented team will switch brands in the WWE Draft.
Dexter Lumis
He will he reunited with Indi Hartwell in Raw and everything will be right with the world.
Candice Lerae
She will also be on Raw and the way will be complete on the main roster.
Maximum Male Models
The group of Mace , Mansour and Maxxine Dupri will be on Raw and they are some of the funniest people in WWE.
Zoey Stark
She is the third NXT call up in the WWE Draft and she deserves this and she will be one of the best Wrestlers.
JD McDonagh
JD McDonagh is yet another call up from NXT and Raw is looking to be the wrestling show and JD McDonagh will be one of the very best.
Apollo Crews
Apollo Crews is back on the main roster and he will be on Raw.
Natalya
She will switch brands in the WWE Draft and she will be on Raw and all the young women can learn from her.
Chelsea Green and Sonya Deville
The last pick for Raw in night 1 of the WWE Draft will be the funny and the great duo of Chelsea Green and Sonya Deville.

Hit Row
Frankly Hit Row should have been drafted to NXT but they will be on SmackDown and Michael Cole will have a blast.
Lacey Evans
The last pick of Night 1 of the WWE Draft will be Lacey Evans and she will be on the SmackDown Women’s division
