The after effects of this attack was that Johnny Gargano was out of WWE as his contract expired and he was at home with his family for the birth of his child and he did not sign with any other company during that time and his wait paid off and for Grayson Waller just got better and the fans started hating him and he became a very good professional wrestler and he was this close to winning titles.
