The Longest reigning Women’s Champions in WWE history is a list that is very interesting and it is a list where most of the champions are from the modern era and only one in this list is from the years past and she is one of the best of all time. The history of the WWE Women’s Championships runs deep and there were NWA Women’s champions who later became WWE women’s champions under the same Reign.
The women of today and this past decade have been the best wrestlers in the world and they have as great Matches as the men and they are allowed by WWE to have long title reigns as well.
So, let’s look at the Top 5 Longest reigning Women’s in WWE history:
1) Fabulous Moolah (3651 Days)
The Fabulous Moolah is the longest reigning Women’s champion of all time and there is absolutely no doubt that nobody will ever get past her because WWE does not have such long reigning Champions any more with 1 exception. The Fabulous Moolah was the best of her generation and she was the champion for almost a full decade and she was also a great wrestler but the unfortunate part is most of the wrestling fans were not able to see her being so dominant therefore she is not talked about as much and her our of the ring controversies never stopped.

2) Kay Lee Ray (649 Days)
She is the longest reigning Women’s Champion of the modern era in all of WWE and she was the NXT UK Women’s Champion for 649 days and she was the champion from 2019 till 2021 at the heights of the pandemic. Kay Lee Ray was an excellent champion and she had banger matches against all sorts of opponents over her long title reign and she became a huge star in WWE and this is the reason why she was first called to NXT in USA and now she will be on SmackDown where she is the NXT tag team champions. Kay Lee Ray will forever be an iconic champion.
3) Asuka (523 Days)
Asuka was the most dominant NXT Women’s Champion of all time and her reign would have continued if she has not gotten injured but the historical Reign that she had has put her in 3rd spot for the longest reigning Women’s Champions in WWE history. Asuka came from Japan and she was the real deal and none of the other women in NXT were ready for her and she defeated Bayley to win the title and then no one had a chance and she had to give up the title in 2017.
4) Rockin Robin (502 Days)
To be perfectly honest no WWE fan would know about her and they should know more about this great women’s Champion in WWE history. She won the WWF Women’s Championship in 1978 and at that time she beat Sensational Sherry for the title and she would defend the championship against everyone at any show and she was the best wrester in WWE at that point when it came to the women. Rockin Robin had the championship till 1990 and she became a member of the 500 day reigning champions club.
5) Meiko Satomura (451 Days)
At number 5 is probably the greatest female wrestler of all time and Meiko Satomura is one such WWE superstar who elevates any match she takes a part in and she beat Kay Lee Ray who is second on this list for the NXT UK Women’s Championship and Meiko Satomura had some of the best Matches ever seen with this title and she gave opportunities to new women in the roster to challenge her and try to beat her. Meiko Satomura held the NXT UK Women’s Championship from 2020 till 2021 and she was a terrific ambassador for the brand in the Covid Pandemic.
