Monday Night Raw has become a staple of the lives of all wrestling fans for over 30 years and it will go on for years and years as more excellent talent comes to the fore. WWE has fans from around the world and Monday Night Raw has helped in a big way to have millions of fans.

WWE will celebrate the 30th anniversary of Monday Night Raw on 23rd January from Philadelphia and that show is going to be a big one as 30 years is not a small deal and Triple H and WWE would want to make this show the best of the year and this will also be the go home show for the Royal Rumble so it will be a double celebration. We can expect to see some big stars and some old legends returning as well. So, let’s look at some of the best moments from the past 30 years of Monday Night Raw to mark the occasion.

123 Kid beat Scott Hall

This was the first great moment in the history of Raw as no one expected to see this coming as it was a match between Scott Hall and a jobber and to everyone’s shock the kid won the match and these days he is known as WWE Hall of Famer Sean Waltman.

Stone Cold vs Vince McMahon

Monday Night Raw would not been what it is today without the greatest rivalry of all time which was the Stone Cold Steve Austin vs Vince McMahon rivalry and the segments which were presented during that time were some of the best of all time. Some of the best segments included Stone Cold driving a beer truck to the ring or Stone Cold attacks Vince McMahon and getting arrested. Stone Cold made the life of Vince McMahon a living hell and it was great television.

The Attitude Era

The attitude Era was not only about Stone Cold and Vince McMahon but so much more. The Rock was a huge part of the reason that Raw was so successful during that time. It was the time of Monday Night Wars and WWE were trying to deliver the best shows possible and as a result the Attitude Era was born and the likes of The Undertaker, Kane, Shawn Michaels, Triple H and so many others were there. Monday Night Raw achieved cult status in this era.

Ruthless Aggression Era

The WWE fans thought that Monday Night Raw had peaked during the Attitude Era and now nothing could Top it but immediately after came the Ruthless Aggression Era where WWE saw new top stars emerge like John Cena, Randy Orton, Batista, Brock Lesnar, Rey Mysterio, Edge, Kurt Angle, Trish Stratus, Lita etc. These great wrestlers made sure that Monday Night Raw was at the top of the ratings and more WWE fans were made.

The best returns happened at Raw

Some of the heat WWE returns of all time have happened at Monday Night Raw and among them include the return of The Rock in 2011 as the host of WrestleMania 27 or the return of Triple H which happened in 2002 at MSG or the 2012 return of Brock Lesnar which changed WWE forever. Shane McMahon returned in 2016 shocking everyone and it was great. Recent great returns include Johnny Gargano, Braun Strowman, Candice Lerae etc. And the WWE fans might see more returns in the next few weeks.
