Here is a list of top 10 teams in the Premier League with most points won at home in this past decade. Figures are correct up to the end of Matchday 29(2019/20 season).
10. Newcastle United – 247 points won at home

Newcastle United have 247 points at home in this decade. They returned to the top flight in 2010 after a season absence and finished 5th. They were relegated in 2016 but under Rafa Benitez, they came back to the top flight in 2017 & finished 10th. Last season they finished 13th and this season they are on 13th with 35 points.
9. Stoke City – 262 points won at home

The only team in this list that is not in the top flight currently, Stoke City have 262 points at home since the start of the 2009/10 season. Stoke were relegated in 2017/18 season, ending their 10-year spell in the top flight. They are currently 17th in the Championship with 42 points from 37 games.
