It is safe to say that 2023 has been the best year for WWE in a long time and there have been a lot of memorable moments that have happened in this year. Some moments were truly amazing and some were absolutely shocking because nobody expected them to happen. In this article, we will take a look at the best wwe moments of 2023. 1) CM Punk Comes Back to WWE after 10 Years


This has to be the best WWE moment of the year because this is something that no fan expected to happen even 2 months ago. The coming back of CM Punk in WWE was something that every wrestling fan wanted but it was too big a dream to have. Then a few weeks before Survivor Series the rumors started and as Survivor Series got closer the possibility of him coming back got almost impossible. So, when Cult of Personality hit at the end of the show the fans at the arena in Chicago and the millions watching at home were shocked and so happy that it happened. CM Punk was back home after 10 years and he was happy to be back home.


2) Sami Zayn hits Roman Reigns with a steel chair at Royal Rumble 2023


It was the Royal Rumble 2023 and The Bloodline story was at its peak and it was Kevin Owens vs Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship. The match was over and The Bloodline was bashing KO and Roman Reigns ordered Sami Zayn to hit Kevin Owens with the steel chair but what happened was one of the loudest pops of the year as Sami Zayn hit Roman Reigns with the Steel chair and turned face. It was storytelling at its absolute finest. Sami Zayn then went on to face Roman Reigns at WWE Elimination Chamber in Montreal. 


3) Bad Bunny Entrance at WWE Backlash in Puerto Rico


The best entrance of the year has to go to Bad Bunny for his extraordinary entrance in Puerto Rico for WWE Backlash. That was easily among the Top 5 WWE Moments of the year. There was no special Entrance but the crowd was the loudest for him and they were singing his theme song so loudly. The fans watching at home were filled with goosebumps. Bad Bunny is a big WWE fan and he must have felt special receiving that kind of ovation and Bad Bunny and Damian Priest went on to have an incredible street fight.


4) Jade Cargill signs with WWE


One of the biggest moments of the year for WWE was the signing of Jade Cargill. Jade Cargill left AEW and she was promoted by WWE highly. They had ESPN announce her signing which WWE rarely does. She was heavily featured on all the 3 shows for weeks and she was made known to all the WWE fans and she interacted with Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch and others. Jade Cargill Is training at the WWE PC and she will be unleashed when she is ready to take over the world. 2024 could be an even bigger year for women signings in WWE.


5) Randy Orton Returns after 18 Months at Survivor Series WarGames 


At number 5 is the long awaited return of Randy Orton. Randy Orton was out for 18 months as he had double fusion back surgery and he was unable to walk from one place to the other. It was torture for Randy Orton and the WWE fans waited for his return. And at Survivor Series WarGames, it was Team Judgement Day vs Team Cody and Randy Orton was announced as the 5th member. He arrived at the scene when his team needed it the most. He was looking better than ever and it was great to see the Apex Predator back. Randy Orton is more motivated to perform better than he has performed before.
