The season premiere episode of SmackDown was held on Friday and it was a big show to be honest. Lots of things happened that will impact WWE going forward. WWE are on the path to WWE Crown Jewel and Survivor Series, both of which will be in November. This episode was in Tulsa , Oklahoma and more than 10,500 fans were packed to the ratters. This was the highest grossing WWE show in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

John Cena and LA Knight confront Roman Reigns
The show started with John Cena as he ran into the ring and he started the show but was interrupted by Roman Reigns who trash talked John Cena like before. John Cena shocked him when he said he is there to acknowledge him not challenge him. Then he brought out LA Knight and he and Roman Reigns had a back and forth. LA Knight is great on the microphone and Solo Sikoa vs LA Knight was made official for later in the show.

Carlito was attacked by Bobby Lashley and Street Profits
Carlito returned to SmackDown and he was supposed to give an interview but before all that he was attacked by Bobby Lashley and Street Profits. They were upset that they lost the match and they took out their anger on him. This will be an interesting feud between Carlito with LWO and Bobby Lashley and Street Profits.
Triple H had a very special announcement
Next it was time for the boss to come out because he had a very special announcement. First he thanked Adam Pierce for doing a great job in WWE for the past 3 years and as a result promoted him to General Manager of Raw. Then Dominik Mysterio came out and he was serenaded with boos all around the arena and he was unable to speak. Triple H then introduced Nick Aldis who is a former NWA World Champion. And his first act was to bring in Kevin Owens from Raw to SmackDown as a trade for Jey Uso.

Jade Cargill and Charlotte Flair meet
Charlotte Flair was in the room with Nick Aldis and then Jade Cargill walks in the room and her and Charlotte Flair net and it was a surreal meeting as it felt big time. The WWE fans are excited to see what Jade Cargill will do in WWE because she is a superstar.
Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso beat Grayson Waller and Austin Theory for WWE Undisputed Tag Team Titles
This was the only match on the show which was for a championship. The team of Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso is such a good team and they have gotten over organically and their chemistry is fantastic. They had a fantastic match against the 2 Young talents and it was a great existence for both Grayson Waller and Austin Theory. Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso won the match. However after the match is where the biggest moment of the show took place. As they were walking out The Bloodline cane out and finally after 6 months Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes came face to face. It was absolutely amazing.

LA Knight beat Solo Sikoa
The main event of the show was LA Knight vs Solo Sikoa. This match had big implications and it was the biggest opportunity for LA Knight to get one step closer to Roman Reigns. This was a very good match where both LA Knight and Solo Sikoa showed how much they have improved in the past year and WWE trusts them to main event such a big show. It was a 15 minutes match and The Bloodline interfered and John Cena tried to help but was taken out and LA Knight took advantage and hit the BFT for the win. After the match Roman Reigns speared LA Knight.
