The season premiere of Monday Night Raw was held a few hours ago and it was yet another great show from Triple H. The season premieres of both shows happen in October because that is when the TV deals celebrate their yearly anniversary. The season premiere of Raw had one of the worst crowds in a long time. The show was packed with great matches and confrontations.

Sami Zayn is alone and The Judgement Day looks to take advantage
Kevin Owens was traded to SmackDown last Friday and this meant that Sami Zayn was alone on Raw and he was angry that his best friend had left him. He said that Sami Zayn was World Heavyweight Championship material. After his Emotional promo, The Judgement Day came out and they tried to take out Sami Zayn but Jey Uso had his back and The Judgement Day backed out. This was a great start to Raw.

Shinsuke Nakamura beat Ricochet in Falls Count Anywhere Match
Next was a great falls count anywhere match between Shinsuke Nakamura vs Ricochet. This was one of the most brutal matches because Shinsuke Nakamura is in a bad mood and he wants to take it out on his opponent. This was a match that went all around the Arena. The fans did not make a lot of noise for this awesome match which showed that they were not interested in enjoying the show. At the end Shinsuke Nakamura got an important win.
Seth Rollins and Drew McIntyre come face to face
The opponents for the World Heavyweight Championship for WWE Crown Jewel came face to face. This was a tense confrontation as both Raw superstars got heated and they said that they will beat the other for the championship and Drew McIntyre said that Seth Rollins will not have any excuse and he will only have to blame himself for his loss. The build has been great.

Becky Lynch meets Rhea Ripley and Jade Cargill
Becky Lynch and Rhea Ripley met backstage in Raw and both women are champions in WWE. The NXT Women’s Champion and the Women’s World Champion. This could be the main event of WrestleMania 40. Becky also met Jade Cargill on Raw and told her to stay in line. Jade Cargill has been treated like a superstar.
Gunther beat Bronson Reed for Intercontinental Championship
This was the match of the night as Gunther took on Bronson Reed for the Intercontinental Championship. This was the biggest match in the career of Bronson Reed and he delivered and then some. Gunther is the best wrestler in the world and he can have a 5 star match against anyone and he had the best match in the career of Bronson Reed and finally after 15 minutes he retained his championship.

Fatal Five Way Match at WWE Crown Jewel for Women's World Championship
Rhea Ripley will defend her Women’s World Championship at WWE Crown Jewel in a massive Five Way Match. She will face women who are as strong as her. She will take on Nia Jax, Shayna Baszler, Raquel Rodriguez and Zoey Stark. This match will be either the best match on the show or it will be a mess. The women getting such a big spotlight in Saudi Arabia is great to see.
The Judgement Day beat Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso for WWE Undisputed Tag Team Championship
This was the main event of the show and the result was hard to predict. The match was another banger between these 2 teams. Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso had become a fan favorite tag team and they had every chance to retain the tag team titles. It was a 20 minute match but in the end it was Jimmy Uso who is the brother of Jey Uso that cost his brother and Cody Rhodes the tag team titles. Now Jey Uso vs Jimmy Uso can start.
