In our continuing coverage of the detailed match previews of WrestleMania 38, We are back to talk about not an official match but which could turn into a match as it is being billed as a confrontation between a legend of WWE and one of the top stars of WWE currently. Kevin Owens has been one of the most entertaining things about the Road to WrestleMania and his constant ways of irking Stone Cold have been hilarious.
This has been one of those rivalries leading into WrestleMania 38 that all the fans have been invested in because it features the return of Stone Cold Steve Austin in a fighting capacity after 19 years and there must have been something special offered to him that has made Steve Austin come back and the fact that it is Kevin Owens who is the one to do this with at WrestleMania has made the fans happy. So, let’s see the preview of this highly anticipated confrontation
Kevin Owens being a fan of Stone Cold :
We cannot look at this confrontation at WrestleMania without looking at the history between These two and it is a big one as it starts from the time that Kevin Owens was a young WWE fans idolizing Stone Cold Steve Austin and wanting to become like him and so he decided to pursue professional wrestling. He quickly made a name for himself at various companies and in 2014 he arrived in WWE and in the 8 years he has only gotten better and better and one of the top stars of WWE. This all started when Stone Cold Steve Austin inspired Kevin Owens and all these years later they both will share the same ring at WrestleMania.

One more big commonality between these two us the fact that during the good old days Stone Cold used to hit stunners on everyone and it was the coolest move in wrestling and when Kevin Owens got to WWE and he was using the Popup Powerbomb as his finish , he wanted to use the Stunner as the defining finish of matches so he asked Stone Cold for permission if he could use the move and Steve was kind enough to allow him and Kevin has never forgotten that.
The boiling point
All was well between these two until a few months ago Kevin Owens started running his mouth about the state of Texas and Stone Cold didn’t respond for a long period of time and in the other hand Kevin Owens was finding no path to WrestleMania and along the way he was insulting other Texas legends such as JBL, Booker T and Shawn Michaels and when all the roads closed on him Kevin Owens decided to call out Stone Cold Steve Austin to WrestleMania and Steve accepted and he raised the stakes and told that it could be a fight,match etc as well.
Build to WrestleMania
Once this was official, Kevin Owens got in his element and this week on Raw he was at a different level as he trolled the viewers not once but twice by hitting the iconic theme of Stone Cold Steve Austin and the glass shattering and he even dressed as Stone Cold. One more Raw is left and we have no idea what he will pull out this time. This will be very exciting to see at WrestleMania.
