The WWE Backlash card is shaping up very well with some very exciting matches which have been announced for the show but there is one match that took everyone by surprise and it seems it took one of the wrestlers competing in it by surprise as well as it was announced that it will be Seth Rollins vs Omos at WWE Backlash. When the match was first announced all WWE fans were shocked as it came from nowhere and there was no interaction between them.
WWE Backlash will take place on 6th May in San Juan Puerto Rico. There must be a few reasons why WWE has added this match to the show and, looking at the reasons, the match will start to make more sense. WWE is bringing special attraction matches to WWE Backlash
The first and most logical reason is that WWE had a multi million dollar deal with the government of Puerto Rico and therefore they have to bring a few special attraction matches to the show and this one is one of those special attraction matches. Seth Rollins vs Omos is a very unusual match but it can be great and WWE knows they the fans in Puerto Rico will serenade Seth Rollins and the deal for having special attraction matches will also be fulfilled. This could have been a disaster but with Seth Rollins in it there is hope.
WWE has high hopes from Omos
It is very clear that WWE is very high on Omos and they have good reason to be. It is not everyday that WWE sees superstars the size of Omos and whether he is a good wrestler or not is not the most important but behind the scenes he is one of the best human beings and this will help him get a long way. Omos has been getting better in the ring and this match with Seth Rollins will be the biggest test for him and he will need to show that the faith shown in him is justified.

Now that the real reasons are taken care of, the storyline reason that this match is happening is because the manager of Omos who is MVP requested this match against Seth Rollins because he wanted his client to face the best in the world and Omos facing Seth Rollins will be truly the biggest test. MVP would want his client to win this match and Omos would want to show MVP that the faith he has shown in him is worth it. MVP is a really good manager who looks out for the best interests for his client.
