Randy Orton has had the joint mod matches in the history of SummerSlam and this would have been a record breaking appearance but it will happen next year. Randy Orton is one of the most gifted and technical wrestlers in the world as well.

Randy Orton vs Christian – SummerSlam  2011

This match is the best Randy Orton match at SummerSlam and he and Christian told an incredible story in the ring and the crowd was eating it all up from the start. It was a brutal no holds barred match and Randy Orton showed that he is one of the best in the world in this 23 minutes match against Christian along with him giving so much offense to his opponent as well and they had a lot of great Matches but this one at the big show was the best out of the 3 that they had on PPVs.


Randy Orton vs John Cena – SummerSlam 2007

This great rivalry was the backbone of WWE in 2007 and here Randy Orton and Cena had a great back and forth match where Randy Orton was the heel who was willing to do anything to win this match and thus they told such a good story in the match that the crowd bought Randy Orton winning the title in this match. They had an amazing 20 minutes match where Randy Orton would lose but he would win the WWE championship 2 months later.


Randy Orton vs Roman Reigns – SummerSlam  2014

This was an important match in WWE History as it was yet another match for Randy Orton at SummerSlam but it was the singles debut of Roman Reigns at this show and he was looking to prove all his doubters wrong and they both did that very well. Randy Orton showed why he has so much years behind him and he was a great heel and the young Roman showed that he can hang with the best in the world. It was a triumph not only for Randy Orton but more importantly for Roman Reigns and WWE. They went at it for over 20 minutes and it was a Banger.


Randy Orton vs Chris Benoit – SummerSlam  2004

This was the crowning night for Randy Orton and he put on a great match being so young and he had a great opponent and mentor in Chris Benoit that day who helped him to have a memorable win as the youngest WWE champion in history. Randy Orton showed that night that he would be the greatest of all time and the 20+ year career that he has had he has become one of the best of all time with at least 10 years left in the tank. WWE cannot discuss this match in great detail due to real life events but this was a classic.


Randy Orton vs Sheamus – SummerSlam  2015

If anyone wants to see a fun 12 minute brawl of a Wrestling match then look no further than this great one that Randy Orton and Sheamus had in 2015 and it was the perfect opener for the show and Randy Orton and Sheamus proved all their doubters wrong that day by having such a fun 12 minute match and here the fans also had so much fun watching two big men go at it and Randy Orton added to his resume at this event. I am sure that the best of Randy Orton at this event is yet to come as he is entering the prime of his career and next year he will be looking forward to making up for this year as well.
