The Final Raw before WrestleMania 38

We generally do not do articles for Raw shows but this was an important show as it was the last Raw before WrestleMania 38 this Saturday and Sunday in Dallas Texas. The Raw was a good show with some bad moments all of which we will go through in this article. Monday Night Raw is the longest weekly episodic TV show in history with its 30th anniversary coming up next year in January so this show has a rich legacy and this was also the first Go Home show for Raw before a WrestleMania in over 3 years.

This final Raw before WrestleMania 38 was held in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and it was a show that was attended by a lot of people and the show was more or less a good Go Home show before the biggest show of the year for WWE and the promos on this show were fantastic because the crowd was egging then on with the What chants. So, let’s see how the last Raw Before WrestleMania 38 went.

Seth Rollins gets his WrestleMania Match

This happened before Raw tonight so it’s only right that we talk about this at first because this segment with Seth Rollins and Vince McMahon was top tier TV. Seth Rollins had been searching for his WrestleMania match and his last stop was meeting the boss Vince McMahon and Seth was his usual laughing self in a colorful suit and he met Vince and he thought he was going to get fired but Vince told him that WrestleMania without Seth Rollins can happen but it’s better if Seth is in it so at WrestleMania 38 he will face an opponent of Vince’s choosing and all of the fans are now hoping it’s Cody Rhodes.

Brock and Roman’s final thoughts

The show proper started with Brock Lesnar coming to the ring in his cowboy look and he was in a good mood and he was having fun with the crowd which was nice to see. Brock crack jokes about how he will take Roman to Suplex City and give him an F5 tour and he even told the crowd to chant What and then he got serious in the end and said that at WrestleMania he will win both titles. Then later in the show Roman came out to cut his promo but the crowd were Whatting him a lot so he told them he would smash all of them and then the chants got louder but Roman in the end said that it was always personal for him. Two great promos which set up the biggest match very well.

Good build for Matches and Omos finally has an opponent for WrestleMania

There was a lot of good building to various matches at the WrestleMania card this year starting with the tag match of Miz and Logan Paul vs Rey and Dominik Mysterio, Logan Paul came out with the mask of Rey Mysterio and was making fun of him then Rey came out and bear up both of them and took his mask which created more tension between those four ahead of WrestleMania. Then Omos beat up a few people and was waiting for his WrestleMania opponent and then Bobby Lashley returned and now we have two big men going up against each other. In the main event it was The Usos vs RkBro and this match was used to build the two tag title matches more and they did that well.

Becky loses her hair and Edge and AJ Styles war of words

The last thing which we will talk about from this Raw is the great segments that happened between the four people involved in two high profile matches at WrestleMania. First Becky Lynch tried to cut the braid of Bianca Belair but was hit by 2 KOD’s and then Bianca used the scissors to cut a portion of the hair of Becky Lynch and the crowd chanted You Deserve It to Becky. And Edge gave a very good promo where he said that it would be Judgement Day for AJ Styles at WrestleMania and AJ responded with he is going to tear Edge apart at WrestleMania. Overall or was a show which did it’s job of building the hype for WrestleMania 38.
