This was the first high profile Champion match at such a big stage for Seth Rollins and he showed himself our in that match. The high octane action and the wrestling in this match was top notch. Seth Rollins took to the skies to take out Brock Lesnar as he hit a great looking elbow drop through Brock through the table and hit a wonderful phoenix splash and clearly Seth was the breakout star of the match and he earned the respect of his peers and the WWE fans as a whole after that match.
Seth Rollins vs John Cena – Gauntlet match on Raw
This was again a breakout performance for Seth Rollins on an episode of Raw before the Elimination chamber PPV in 2018. Seth was lost in the shuffle and he wanted to prove himself and what better chance than to do it against the best in John Cena and they had an unbelievable 30 minute classic match on Raw that solidified Seth as a top star yet again and after that performance he has never looked back and gone from strength to strength. Seth Rollins vs Roman Reigns- Money in the Bank, 2016
The story building to this match was great already as there was a lot of bad blood between these two since the break up of the shield. Before this match Seth was injured for 9 months and Roman was the champion and Seth came back and challenged Roman for the title. They had an outstanding match with lots of counters to each other and hitting with each other’s moves and Seth Rollins beat Roman Reigns clean but his happiness was cut short by Dean Ambrose who cashed in his money in the bank and won the title.
Seth Rollins vs Dolph Ziggler – SummerSlam, 2018
This was the time when Seth Rollins was having a great run as intercontinental champion and was having banger matches with everyone he wrestled and at SummerSlam that year he had an instant classic, one of the best opening matches in SummerSlam history. They were two great wrestlers having a great match with lots of moves and storytelling and Seth hit an unbelievable inverted suplex into the Falcon arrow but in the end Seth Rollins won the match and all the fans loved it.
Seth Rollins vs Edge Hell in a cell match – Crown Jewel, 2021
This is the match of the year according to me, the rivalry between Seth and Edge was outstanding abs the personal lengths they went to was awesome to see. They had traded wins each this year and the climax was at this show and it is easily the best cell match in years. They worked hard that day and it was violent and Amazing, the storytelling was on another level and after 30 minutes of brutality Edge won the match in poetic fashion and it was redemption for Seth Rollins inside hell in a cell.
