A lot has been made about WWE and other wrestling promotions and the comparisons and that is an extremely fun thing to do as wrestling fans. However, the fans also talk about the comparisons between the 3 brands of WWE and NXT has become so big that it has become a brand in itself. The 3 brands are different from each other in spite of being under WWE. Raw has been going on for more than 30 years since 1993, SmackDown has been on the air since 1999 meaning 24 Years. And NXT has been running since 2012 so therefore for more than 12 years.
Let’s take a look at the strengths of each brand and then decide which one is the best
Monday Night Raw
Monday Night Raw has been on the air since 1993. It has been the flagship show for WWE for over 30 years. The WWE superstars got the opportunity to come out weekly and perform for the live crowd as well as the people watching on TV. The likes of The Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, Triple H, John Cena, Randy Orton, Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair have all been on Raw. These days Raw is the brand with the best wrestlers from Gunther who is the Intercontinental Champion to Seth Rollins who is the World Heavyweight Champion. Then there is The Judgement Day who all hold gold. The women’s division on Raw is great as Becky Lynch, Zoey Stark, Shayna Baszler, Chelsea Green, Rhea Ripley, Raquel Rodriguez and so many others are there. Finally Cody Rhodes, Jey Uso, Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens are the faces of Raw. The Raw Brand is filled with stars who all have storylines.
Friday Night SmackDown
SmackDown started in 1999 and it was originally held on a Tuesday and for almost 20 years it was the night after Raw. In 2018, Fox bought the rights to SmackDown and then it got shifted to Friday. The biggest strength of SmackDown has been The Bloodline and Roman Reigns in particular. Then there are the likes of AJ Styles and the OC, LA Knight, Bayley and Damage Ctrl, Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa. There are tag teams like Bobby Lashley and Street Profits, Grayson Waller and Austin Theory, Asuka, Charlotte Flair, Shotzi and Bianca Belair. The Women’s division on SmackDown is stacked as well. And for the next few months SmackDown will have the greatest of all time in John Cena. Therefore the future of SmackDown look very bright
Tuesday Night NXT
NXT has been the brand which started last and it has had to work really hard to reach a point where it can be counted as a legitimate Third brand instead of just a developmental brand. NXT had to reinvent itself with 2.0 and it took some time but NXT now is better than ever. They have produced the likes of Bron Breakker, Carmelo Hayes, Ilja Dragunov, Wes Lee, Grayson Waller, LA Knight who are the top stars in the brand and many of them have become bigger stars on the main roster. The women’s division in NXT is next level as there are women like Tiffany Straton, Roxanne Perez, Lyra Valkaria, Cora Jade, Thea Hail, Gigi Dolin, Jacy Jayne, Kiana James, Ava Raine, Blair Davenport, Fallon Henley who all will be bigger stars and the women’s division in NXT is the best in the world.

Men’s Division
The Men’s Division of Raw is the best in WWE and that too by a long distance as they have the likes of Cody Rhodes, Seth Rollins, Jey Uso, Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, The Judgement Day, Imperium, Chad Gable, Drew McIntyre, Matt Riddle and so many others. The other 2 men’s divisions do not have this level of depth and talents
Women’s Division
The women’s division of NXT is the best in WWE. There can be no debate about it as the women in NXT are so many and they all have a character and a purpose. Shawn Michaels books them to be stars. There are women like Tiffany Straton, Roxanne Perez, Gigi Dolin, Jacy Jayne, Kiana James, Ava Raine, Blair Davenport, Cora Jade, Amari Miller, Elektra Lopez and Lyra Valkaria. Becky Lynch has just become the NXT Women’s Champion therefore she will be a member of NXT for sometime as well. NXT not only has the best women’s division in WWE but the best in the world
