Intergender Wrestling is a thing that has been done a few times and a lot of the wrestlers and fans have an opinion about this topic. Basically Intergender Wrestling is where the men have matches against the women and it is a cross gender match. Very few of this style of matches have taken place in the last few decades and there is a reason for it. It is because the men are afraid that the women will be hurt during these matches.
So, let’s talk about the Pros and Cons of Intergender Wrestling and see whether this is viable
Pros of Intergender Wrestling
1) The wrestlers will get to have more matches which will help them get better in the ring.
2) The fans will get to see the men and women have a great match and one where skills will have to be used and these matches can be an example for the future generations just like Chyna fought a lot of men during her time and won the Intercontinental Championship
3) The women will have more Championships to go after rather than the usual women’s Titles and the women deserve to fight for all the championships in WWE.
4) If the right combination of men and women are facing each other in a match then that match can be a 5 star match and then the promoters will have confidence of maybe having a match like Rhea Ripley vs Randy Orton which the fans want to see looking at how Rhea Ripley goes after the men as well
Cons of Intergender Wrestling
1) The wrestlers are against these kinds of matches because they feel the opponent might get hurt and nobody wants that.
2) The fans might think how can a man attack a woman and they might not see the skills that are involved with such a type of match and that will be a bad look for the company that does this.
3) There are only a very select few Matches that can be held between men and women that will actually look believable that the women can match the physical strength of her opponent like if Brock Lesnar is in an Intergender Wrestling match then the whole match becomes pointless because no one will believe that match can actually happen.
4) The sad part is that the big companies are not yet ready to do these types of matches and they just show that women are beating men but the men are doing nothing and the best example of that is Rhea Ripley constantly beating up men or distracting them or asking them to hit her and WWE will not allow any of them to hit her because they are PG .
