WWE has had a rich history of having multiple titles at the same time and there are so many superstars who aspire to become champions, be it men or women WWE wrestlers. Currently there are 4 brands in WWE, Raw, SmackDown, NXT and NXT UK and each brand has a wide variety of titles that the superstars compete to win.
There are a total of 19 championships in WWE at this moment in time and there are more than 100 WWE superstars vying to become the Champs of the world and stamp their Dominance. So, let’s take a look at all the list of titles in WWE now and the title holders.
Main Roster Championships
WWE Universal Championship
This is one of the Two main titles present in WWE at the moment and the reigning Universal Champion which is Roman Reigns has been having one of the all time great title reigns of all time and it doesn’t look like he will lost it anytime soon.
WWE Championship
The Reigning, Defending, Undisputed WWE Heavyweight champion of the World Brock Lesnar is the current WWE champion now and he won the title in a fatal Five way match at the Day 1 PPV event and there is no rest for him as he is set to defend the WWE championship against Bobby Lashley at the Royal Rumble.
Raw Women’s Championship
The current Raw Women’s champion Becky Lynch is one of the most decorated Women’s champions of all time, she got the title when she exchanged it with Charlotte Flair and she looks set to hold it till WrestleMania.
SmackDown Women’s Championship
Charlotte Flair is the reigning SmackDown Women’s champion and she is the greatest female WWE superstar of all time and in this Reign she calls herself the Opportunity and gives title shots to the young female WWE superstars.
Intercontinental Championship
This title is also known as the Workhorse title of WWE and off late , this title has not been so relevant as before. Shinsuke Nakamura is the intercontinental champion since a few months but he has not Defended the title many times, hopefully that changes.
United States Championship
The United States Championship is enjoying a very good time as it’s holder Damian Priest is undefeated for a year and has faced so many challengers on Raw and beat them all and with it raising the prestige of the US title and he looks set to hold it for a long time.
Raw Tag Team Championship
The current Raw Tag Team Championship RkBro have been one of the best and most entertaining champions in recent memory and they have fantastic matches as well.
SmackDown Tag Team Championship
The Usos seen to have a stranglehold on the titles as they just keep winning against sll opponents and are the best tag team in the world.
WWE Women’s tag team Championship
Carmella and Queen Zelina are the current Champions and they are great heels and hopefully they restore the prestige of the title and they go along.
24*7 Championship
This title can also be called the R Truth title but he is not the current champion as it is Dana Brooke now she she has won her first WWE title with this win.
NXT Championships
NXT Championship
Bron Breakker is the current NXT Champion as he beat Tomasso Ciampa at NXT New Year’s Evil in a great match and it looks like Bron will hold the NXT title for a long period of time and keep beating all opponents .
NXT Women’s Championship
Mandy Rose has revitalized her character really well since coming back to NXT and she is the reigning Champion and a great one at that, will be interesting to see who are her next challengers.
NXT North American Championship
Carmelo Hayes, who is one of the brightest superstars of NXT 2.0 is the current title holder and everyone loves him as champion and he has a great character to go along with it as well.
NXT Tag Team Championship
Imperium are the current tag team champions and they are a great representative of the titles as they have amazing matches every time they wrestle. They look set to hold it for sometime.
NXT Women’s tag team Championship
Jacey Jade and Gigi Dodin of the Toxic Attraction are the current champs and they are great heels as well and they are getting better at wrestling with each match and it will take a great team to beat them for the gold.
NXT UK Championships
NXT UK Championship
Ilja Dragunov is the reigning NXT UK Champion and he took it from the most dominant champion in recent memory that being Walter and thus it looks like he ek hold it for a long time as well.
NXT UK Women’s Championship
One of the greatest wrestlers of all time Meiko Satomura is the reigning women’s champion and it doesn’t look like anybody is going to beat her anytime soon and she will produce great matches at the time.
NXT UK Heritage Cup Championship
This is a new title introduced in NXT UK and it has become prestigious very quickly and Noam Dar is the current holder of the title and he deserves it after having so many great years as a WWE superstar.
NXT UK Tag team Championship
Tyler Bate and Trent Seven of the Moustache Mountain are finally the NXT UK tag team champions after founding the NXT UK brand so many years ago. Hopefully they have a long Reign as champs.
