Women’s Premier League (WPL 2024) : Complete Schedule and Venues

Women’s Premier League 2024 (TATA WPL 2024) will be the second season of the Women’s Premier League. The BCCI has announced the complete schedule of the WPL 2024, and this article is going through the full fixture.

Women’s Premier League is a women’s franchise T20 league, organised by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).

WPL 2024 has been scheduled from 23 February to 17 March 2024. Mumbai Indians won the first edition of the WPL (WPL 2023), and they will participate at the WPL 2024 as the defending champions.

All the WPL 2024 matches have been scheduled to begin at 7:30 PM.   

WPL 2024: Venues

WPL 2024 will be played in two Indian venues.

• Arun Jaitley Stadium (Delhi)

A total of five teams will participate in the WPL 2024, just like its first edition.

WPL 2024: League Stage

Five teams will face each other twice in the league stage at the WPL 2024. A total of 20 matches will be played in the league stage. At the end of the league stage, while the first-place team will advance to the Final, the next two teams will qualify for the Eliminator round.

15 March 2024: 2nd-placed team* vs 3rd-placed team* (at New Delhi)

WPL 2024: Final

17 March 2024: 1st-placed team* vs Eliminator winners (at New Delhi)

Special Note: *1st, 2nd, and 3rd-placed teams are based on the final points table at the end of the league stage.
