He will look to win the Australian Open and would want to show that he can win at Melbourne. Hard courts have proven to be a challenge for Carlos Alcaraz. The 24 time Grand Slam champion Novak Djokovic has only one mission that he has left to achieve. He will look to win his 25th Grand Slam and be the winningest tennis player of all time. He will not be the favourite as he is the World number 7. He might face Carlos Alcaraz in the quarter final. Novak Djokovic would want one last hurrah in Melbourne. He has already become the greatest of all time, he would look to add to his legacy. Novak Djokovic has brought in Andy Murray in his coaching team for the Australian Open.

Aryna Sabalenka is the best female tennis player on hard courts. She has won the last 2 Australian Open tournaments. Aryna Sabalenka has won 3 Grand Slams and all of them have been on hard courts. She will absolutely be the favourite to win it again this year.
