Puneri Paltan are now known among the strong teams in the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL). The Pune-based team is ready for the 11th season of the PKL. In the upcoming PKL season, Paltan will play as the defending champions.
Puneri Paltan have played the last two PKL finals. In the PKL 9 (2022), Puneri Paltan played their first PKL final, where they suffered a defeat against Jaipur Pink Panthers.
However, in the last PKL season (2023/24), Puneri Paltan won their first PKL trophy after beating Haryana Steelers in the final.

Expectations for the Upcoming Season
All-rounder and captain Aslam Inamdar has a strong partnership with the raider Mohit Goyat. While the skipper attacks from the left, Mohit is strong on the right side. Pankaj Mohite is another great option, while the raider option only moves better with the signing of Ajith V Kumar. On the other hand, Abinesh Nadarajan and Sanket Sawant are the strong defensive covers along with the defensive right corner Gaurav Khatri.
With the great defense in place, Puneri Paltan will be a strong contender for the PKL season 11 title.
