5. James Faulkner (Rajasthan Royals): 28 wickets in IPL 2013
James Faulkner has some amazing bowling as well as batting performances to remember in the Indian Premier League. In the 2013 season of the IPL, he had a great impact on the performance of his team Rajasthan Royals. He proved to be the best buy of the Rajasthan Royals in that season by taking a total of 28 wickets in that season. He also took two fifers in that season, which is a quite rare instance in T20 cricket.

4. Lasith Malinga (Mumbai Indians): 28 wickets in IPL 2011
Once the highest wicket-taker in IPL history, Lasith Maliga was one of the most fearsome bowlers in IPL history. With his dangerous swing and Yorkers, Malinga caused fear in the opposition batters' minds. It was in the IPL 2011, where the legendary Sri Lankan pacer outclassed with the ball to secure the Purple Cap. In that season, he took a total of 28 wickets from 16 matches.

3. Kagiso Rabada (Delhi Capitals): 30 wickets in IPL 2020
This young South African pacer Kagiso Rabada is one of the best bowlers in modern day cricket. West Indies all-rounder Dwayne Bravo has a good batting and bowling record in the IPL. He produced some exceptional performances that designed the victory for the Chennai Super Kings. It was the IPL 2013 where the bowler Bravo really burst out. In that season, he created magic with the bat as well as with the ball. 1. Harshal Patel (Royal Challengers Bangalore): 32 wickets in IPL 2021
