The fourth tier of India’s men’s football league will see 25 teams participating divided into five groups of five each. The group stage will be in a single round-robin format and played in a centralized location. No two teams from the same state association are drawn against each other. The group stage matches will be held on 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, and 11th September 2024.
The first-placed side from each group will enter the playoffs starting on September 20th and the final will be held on September 30, 2024.
Group A will have Diamond Harbour FC as its host with the games played at Naihati Stadium. Sesa FA will host Group B with matches at Dempo Academy Ground. Group C has a host in Chanmari FC with Rajiv Gandhi Stadium being the venue. Morning Star FC and
Downtown Heroes are hosts of Group D and Group E with matches at KASA Stadium and TRC Stadium respectively.
