The 2024-25 I-league 3 playoff stage is set after a pulsating group stage saw 10 teams advancing from the group stages. 25 clubs started the fourth division of the Indian men’s football league but only the top two teams from each of the five groups qualified to the next round. The group winners included Diamond Harbour FC, SESA Football Academy, Chanmari FC, KLASA FC and Abbas Union FC. They will be joined by the runners-up SAT Tirur, Dalbir FA, GMSC, Morning Star FC and Downtown Heroes FC in the playoffs. The teams are divided into two groups of five with the top two from each group earning promotion to the I-League 2 or third division next season.
Group A matches are scheduled to be played in Naihati Stadium with Diamond Harbour FC taking on other group winners SESA Football Academy and KLASA FC, both unbeaten in the group stages, with second-placed sides Morning Star FC and Downtown Heroes FC. Joint top scorer Chanmari FC will fight against toppers Abbas Union FC and SAT Tirur with Dalbir FA and GMSC the other members in Group B. The matches for this group will be held at the Kalyani Stadium. The I-League 3 Play-offs will be played from September 25 to October 6 in West Bengal.
