Pool C and Pool D challenges ended on the sixth day of the Men's FIH Hockey World Cup 2023, where Netherlands and England secured their places for the Quarter-finals.

In Pool C, Malaysia first claimed a tight win against New Zealand, while the Netherlands recorded the most goals as a team in World Cup history.

Later, in Pool D, while England dominated Spain, the hosts India managed a winning result.
