Lewis Hamilton was on a high and Lando Norris was having his best season Ever. Max Verstappen was still on top but his margins were decreasing. This was a 70 Lap race.

Race as it happened
Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri from McLaren F1 were P1 and P2 at the start of the race. The race started and Lando Norris got a great start and so did Oscar Piastri and Max Verstappen. Oscar Piastri took the lead of the race as Max Verstappen was behind on P2 ahead of Lando Norris and Lewis Hamilton. Lap 4 and Max Verstappen gave P2 back to Lando Norris and he was in P3. Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll of Aston Martin were In P7 and P8. By Lap 11 of the race, Oscar Piastri was leading the race by 3 seconds. Lando Norris was P2 and Max Verstappen was P3. The drama between the teams started in Lap 14 as first Lando Norris was informed that his race was against Max Verstappen. Fernando Alonso was not happy with teammate Lance Stroll. By Lap 17, Lewis Hamilton and Lando Norris were in the pits and they came out with hard tyres.
By Lap 20, George Russell and Sergio Perez were In P8 and P9 respectively. Lap 22 and Max Verstappen had also pitted and so had Carlos Sainz. At Lap 26, Lewis Hamilton was in P3 and Max Verstappen had got the fastest lap of the race. Carlos Sainz had gotten to P8 in the race. By Lap 33, Sergio Perez was in P11 and was having a good drive. It was Lap 38 of the race and Max Verstappen was fighting with Lewis Hamilton for P3 and Charles Leclerc was one second behind Max. Lap 41 and Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc pitted again and they came out P5 and P6. Lando Norris pitted on Lap 46 and this was done to keep Lewis Hamilton at bay. At Lap 48, Oscar Piastri pitted but it was a slow stop and he came out in P3. This was the reason for the drama at the end of the race.
At Lap 50 of the race, Oscar Piastri was informed that the places will be switched and the gap between him and Lando Norris was 3 seconds. Oscar Piastri was in P2 at this point in the race. Max Verstappen also got into an altercation with his engineer for Tyre management. It was all happening In this race. It was Lap 57 and it was getting tense, Max Verstappen was trying for P3 and the McClaren engineer told Lando Norris to do the right thing. Only 13 Laps remained in the race. Less than 10 Laps to go and the situation was getting tense. Lando Norris told the team that Oscar Piastri has to catch up. Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton were having a great duel but in the process Max Verstappen collided with Lewis and his car was flying in the air and Max slipped to P5. At Lap 68, Lando Norris finally allowed Oscar Piastri to pass through and in the end Oscar Piastri won his first Grand Prix. This was his dream but the circumstances were far from ideal as all the team arguments were for everyone to see. Lando Norris was in P2 and Lewis Hamilton with P3 and his 200th podium.
