The 2023 Formula 1 season is 8 races old and it is already looking like this season will be boring and predictable like it has been in the past majority of years except 2020 where it was the best season ever. That season was unlike any other and a lot of new Formula 1 fans were added because of that season. However just 8 races into this season a pattern has emerged and it does not look like anything different will happen in the rest of the races as well.

So, let’s talk about whether the 2023 Formula 1 season has become boring and predictable.

The 2023 season has started to become boring and predictable and this is not a good look for the season and the fans are Becoming frustrated at seeing one driver and one team dominate so much. Max Verstappen has won 6 out the 8 races this season and Sergio Perez has won the remaining 2 races and this means that Red Bull has won all 8 races so far this season and it is looking like they will win all 23 races this season. The Baharain, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Azerbaijan, Miami, Monaco, Spanish and Canadian Grand Prix have happened and 15 more races are happening with the Austrian and Silverstone happening next.

The other bright light in the season has been Fernando Alonso who has been in the podium for 7 of the races and he is in the running for the second place driver in the championships and Aston Martin are in the running for second place in the constructors championship. Max Verstappen has 195 points so far this season and Sergio Perez has 125 points and in number 3 is Fernando Alonso with 117 points and he will catch up to Sergio Perez soon. And in the constructors championship Red Bull are way ahead with 321 points this season so far and way behind them are Mercedes with 167 points and Aston Martin with 154 points.

The state of Ferrari is sad to see in this season as both the drivers and the team as a whole have been poor this season. Carlos Sainz is at number 5 in the drivers championship and Charles Leclerc who was second last year is at number 7 this year and this is a massive downgrade. And Ferrari is at number 4 in the constructors championship with 122 points and Aston Martin are ahead of them and it will continue to be a dream season for Aston Martin. They have shown the maximum improvement this season. Max Verstappen looks set to win his 3rd World Championship in a row.
