There has been a lot of managerial movement in Bundesliga for the next season and these high-profile names are poised to make their tactical brilliance work on the pitch. Not only that, DFB is also considering a certain Hansi Flick for the German national team job. They are all confirmed to take their new club's managerial seat from the 2021/22 season. Quite frankly, the next Bundesliga season is guaranteed to give some fireworks.
Julian Nagelsmann to Bayern
Firstly to the Bundesliga holders and champions-elect Bayern Munich. After Hansi Flick officially announced his departure, the Bavarians roped in Julian Nagelsmann as their head coach. The 33-year-old already made Leipzig a close title contender and seeing his work it was no doubt that the managerial prospect will shine now at the most successful club in top-flight history. His attacking style of play with great squad composition is a key factor behind success. Something Bayern wants after Flick steps down next season. It is a clear intent by the side from Munich that they won't let their title slip away so easily.
Jesse Marsch to RB Leipzig
Despite losing Nagelsmann to the title rivals, Leipzig showed their cunningness again by offering Jesse Marsch the head coach role, another smart brain coming up. Marsch has shown his calibre over in Austria. He is on course to guide RB Salzburg to another league title under his reign. Fluid attacking football is his choice of driving out results which makes him a perfect fit at Leipzig. Also, he has been an assistant at the club for the 2018/19 season so he is well aware of the project. That being dethroning Bayern for the top prize in near future. Bayern vs Leipzig will be a watchable fixture again next season.
Marco Rose to Borussia Dortmund
If that wasn't enough, Borussia Dortmund has also played their cards by announcing Marco Rose from Gladbach to arrive at their dugout next season. After a disappointing campaign in which Lucian Favre got fired and Edin Terzic briefly strengthened the team, Rose's appointment should be in view on a long-term basis. Dortmund have been unlucky with managers in the past not staying beyond two seasons or even months. Plus, they have a risk of losing out on Champions League football next season. Hence, Rose's task is tough but one to undertake precisely. He has a good CV at Gladbach building them for Champions League football again and also a silent title challenger. A lot is expected out of him next season.
Adolf Hutter to Borussia Monchengladbach
Excitement doesn't end there. Losing Rose to Dortmund, Gladbach decided to pay their tricks by snapping Adolf Hutter from Eintracht Frankfurt. Hutter did an incredible job over there. He made Frankfurt a competitive side both in the league and in Europe and is gunning for Champions League football this season. In 2018/19 he was even voted the best coach in the Bundesliga by the German outlet, Bild. Like others, this coach is also a genius in squad composition with stylish attacking football. Of course, it suits Gladbach as well. It's safe to say the top four may be confirmed in the Bundesliga next season with these sides in it. We shall see.
Flick to the German national team
With all the Bundesliga hype building up for next season, one man is making a sensational move. Yes, we are talking about Hansi Flick who's reportedly joining the German national team job after the Euros. Joachim Low has finally decided to quit after the Euros in the summer allowing Flick to enter and make necessary changes. For obvious reasons, his attacking brand of play will suit them with a possible recall of Thomas Muller, Jerome Boateng and possibly Matt Hummels to the national side. Altogether Bundesliga and Germany will be a point of hot topics next season.
