With Liverpool and Leicester at the top of the table, and Manchester City all the way down to 13th after registering their first loss, GW 4 might prove to be pivotal. It’s still early and hard to gauge who will be that superb value for money season. But given the games we’ve seen, we can make some deductions.
Here are the best picks Fantasy Premier League for GW 4:
#1. James Rodriguez (MID; Everton)
James Rodriguez is going for 7.7. He has played well in all matches so far. Everton is yet to lose a match. The next one is up against Brighton. While not the easiest one to beat, Brighton is generally not as dangerous as a club like Liverpool or Man City. Rodriguez has scored 17 points so far and he could continue the performance and the show goes on.
#2. James Maddison (MID; Leicester)
Leicester is at the top of the table. Vardy has been performing incredibly, in large part due to the midfield and one of those key midfielders is James Maddison. Maddison scored 10 points last game despite playing only 21 mins. This week is likely to be his first full-on match and he could really help Leicester seize another W. He goes for 7 and Leicester is up against West Ham.
#3. Romain Saiss (DEF; Wolves)
Wolves suffered a 4-0 thrashing last week. Despite that, Saiss is still a good choice. Wolves are far from a weak team. They are up against Fulham, a team that is struggling at the very bottom of the table. The team has only scored 3 goals so far. Saiss could fetch some points for his team and a clean sheet is definitely possible. Saiss is also only going for 5.1
#4. Gabriel Magalhaes (DEF; Arsenal)
While Arsenal does not have the strongest of defences, it would still be a good move to pick up Gabriel for GW4. This is in large part due to their match up against Sheffield. The team has been struggling immense since the start of the new season. The team has yet to even score a goal so another clean sheet could be plausible. Gabriel has also fetched points with a goal previously so that’s a possibility as well. He only goes goes for 5.1
#5. Callum Wilson (FWD; Newcastle)
The forward from Newcastle has scored 2 goals already and is going for only 6.4. Burnley is near the bottom of the table while Newcastle sits in the middle. They have conceded 5 goals so far. Callum Wilson has scored most of Newcastle’s goals as their go-to forward. He could rack up a decent tally of points against Burnley and might be an FPL gem similar to Danny Ings last season.
