This player from the Sydney Sixers has taken 77 catches already in 124 matches and tops the list of most catches in BBL history. He is a gun fielder who takes amazing catches a lot of the time. He should play in more leagues around the world so that more and more people get to know about him and see his outstanding catching skills.
2. Glenn Maxwell (74 catches)
Glenn Maxwell is one of the best fielders in world cricket at the moment and has been for many years and it is no surprise that he has taken the most number of catches in BBL History. In his 109 matches career thus far Glenn Maxwell has taken 74 catches till now and as the BBL season is ongoing this number will most likely increase by a lot because when the batters try to hit sixes , he is there in the boundary to catch it. He has taken a maximum of 4 Catches in an innings which is very impressive by any standards.
3. Daniel Christian (69 catches)
Daniel Christian is a BBL legend and there can be no two ways about it. He has also played for so many teams in the competition and done very well catching wise in each one of them. At the time of writing this post, he has taken 69 catches in his BBL career.
4. Sean Abbott (66 catches)
Along with Sean Abbott being the highest wicket taker in the history of the BBL, he also features among the top 5 players with most catches in BBL so this is proof that he is a BBL great in not only just one facet of his game but multiple facets and that is so beneficial for a team. He has taken 66 catches till now and he can stake his claim in the Top 2 of this list very soon as well. It is a treat seeing him do so well after the incident with Phil Hughes in 2014 and how strongly he has bounced back.
5. Moises Henriques (62 catches)
