Syazrul Idrus: Best T20 bowling figures; Second seven-wicket haul after Colin Ackermann
Idrus also became the second bowler in T20 cricket history to claim a seven-wicket haul. However, he managed the best bowling figures in T20 cricket history.
Dutch offspinner Colin Ackermann was the first T20 bowler to record a seven-fer in an innings. On 7 August 2019, the Leicestershire bowler had the figures 4-0-18-7. Surely, Idrus has bettered the T20 bowling figures record in the latest T20I match.
