In a format like T20I, there is very little time for any team to recover from a bad start while batting. If there is an early collapse in the batting line-up, there are high chances that the team will end up with a very low score at the end of the 20 overs if they can survive. Given that the side has to control the run rate as well, the batters are caught in two minds and makes the job more difficult. The Indian team also has faced those days when their batsmen failed to deliver in T20Is.
